10 stars if I could. She was first to respond sending an email within minutes, and was able to come out when we needed her, but much more than that. There's times when the world comes crashing down on you. Like when your kids 77 year old grandmother goes in for surgery and when she comes out you suddenly find out she's terminal and is now bed ridden and you're suddenly overwhelmed with not only caring for her, but paperwork you need to fill out.
