If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would! Excellent service - efficient, reliable, and friendly! I was told by the Secretary State that it would take me a few weeks if I mailed my documents for apostille; however, if I would drive to LA and drop my documents off, it would only take a few days. I didn't want to drive to LA, so I used Yelp to search for apostille service in OC. When I called this company, they responded promptly. I also called, and a nice man patiently listened to me and answered my questions. When I got there to drop off my documents, a nice lady welcomed me and processed my document efficiently. The apostille was mailed earlier than expected! Thank you, Apostille Pros, for your excellent service! May all business establishments be like yours . read more

Very Detailed oriented. No appointment needed. Can't be seen from street. It is on the second floor. Good value. read more

Awful experience. I walked in as Apostille Pros' website offers. I had all the correct documentation in order to obtain my EU citizenship and passport. However, Dean interrogated me like I was a criminal and said, "I can't sign that". My background is pristine. I've held sensitive positions, I hold a state of California professional license in "good standing", and I hold other privileges not extended to everyone. I went down the block to a "normal notary" and she took care of it, immediately. Don't waste your time and be careful answering their questions, in today's environment. read more

Dean and the lady owner there are great! Very prompt, efficient and easy to work with! I came here twice and was very well taken care of and process was a breeze! read more

Needed Apostille done for documents to send to Korea. Personally was not sure what Apostille was and did not want to go to LA for this. Luckily found this place in OC. Both Dean and Margaret were very helpful. Fast, reliable, and reasonable pricing. They also provide notary service and I found it very convenient. Got Apostille docs back before Christmas, as expected. Very satisfied. Highly recommend! read more

Costa Mesa Apostille - Apostille Document Folder - Legal Services Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

I needed to get a power of attorney and apostille for a legal procedure I had to resolve in Spain. I was a little lost about the whole process and call some similar business I found online. They all gave me the same vague answer, and I was not confident that they knew how to resolve my international legal issue. Then I called Apostille Pro and spoke to Dean. He was very knowledgeable, understood my situation, and explained to me exactly what I would need to do and how they could help me. I got my papers filled and signed the morning after and, within 5 days, got the documents with the apostille. The cherry on top was getting a copy of the scan documents the day after I got them signed. I did not ask to get them scanned, but luckily they kept a copy that they email to me and I could be sent it to Spain right away. read more

Staff is kind and helpful and immediately answered my questions. If I ever need an apostille again I will be sure to use their services.

We went on a Monday for an apostille. Came back Wednesday to pick it up. Great service and friendly folks. Margaret was awesome!

This review is about a year after I used their services, but I was reminded recently about my great experience with Apostille Pros and so thought I should write a quick review. I am a Notary Public, and notarized a document for my employer. I needed an apostille for that document, and I needed it ASAP. I came across Apostille Pros's website and thought it was very informative. Also, I like that they have both a Costa Mesa and a Sacramento office, so they can quickly walk documents over to the Secretary of State office, etc. in Sacramento. My impression from using them is that they are very professional, experienced, and know what they are doing. I will definitely use their services again in the future if the need arises. read more

I work in a law firm and have used Apostille Pros for years.  Specifically, Richard Sevadjian has been phenomenal at getting documents together for us, ensuring that documents sent to him are complete, and ensuring that we meet our deadlines.  On several occasions, Mr. Sevadjian has gone above and beyond to ensure that our documents make it overseas in a timely manner.  I recommend using Apostille Pros for all of your apostille and legalization needs. read more

I'm moving out of the country and needed both help and advice to become a legal resident. Online companies don't come close to giving you the correct information. Luckily I found Apostille Pros. They are the only face to face company that knows their business. They have an office so you can speak to the same person and what a pleasure it was to deal with both Margaret & Dean. They have the knowledge and expertise to make your visit an enjoyable experience. Everything I thought that was going to be a long process turned into a short endeavor. Do yourself a favor and contact them if you need professional services. The services they provided me went above an excellent rating which is so hard to find nowadays. Thanks again, M & D for your outstanding assistance. Cheers, Bob read more
