After 10 minutes, my husband had to leave the helmet and go as they were not helping him at all and only dealing with the people who were bringing in their bikes. My husband said that the prices seemed reasonable and we wanted to try and support local. Sadly we won't be back.

The bike mechanic told me it would be ~ $110; anymore, and he'd give me a call before proceeding. This was on a Tuesday, maybe an hour before they closed. He had warned me that it might take a few days to work on the bike because they had been particularly busy that weekend. Thursday, around 6pm, he gave me a call, saying that the bike needed a lot more work, and, in light of how much said work would cost, asking me if I really wanted to go thru with approx $200 work on the bike rather than buying a new one. I really respected his opinion and honesty; and after talking to me for a while, I decided to go ahead with the $200 in repairs. The bike was ready for pick-up on Saturday. It was exactly the price he said ($200) and apart from not replacing the quick-release with another quick-release, all the work done on it was excellent. Thus far, the bike has never run as well. Would definitely recommend them and will return for future service.
