All this after they kept my Jeep for a full week and I paid almost $1,200 for it. Less than 90 days later I saw the first leak ever, so I went back to find out what was wrong and it was the thermostat. They wanted almost $300 or more to replace it, when it would've only been an extra $50 - $100 if one of the 3 ASE Certified Mechanics had thought about it, or was it a way to be sure I would bring it back and pay more money? I do not recommend taking any chances with this repair shop. They used to be all about the Customers but now it is all about the billing.

Then I waited all day for a call which never came. Called them at 3 p.m. and the guy acted like they just got a look at it and then told me a whole bunch of expensive parts needed replaced (like ball joints, which were replaced less than 3K ago) and they never did the service I requested. I had the front end suspension inspected by a certified mechanic before I got the new tires and he replaced (1) part only and reported the rest of the suspension was in good shape. I believe Evan's tried to scam me by replacing parts that did not need replaced and futhermore they did not perform the service I requested. This was a complete waste of time.
