Avoid Charlie Lynch - Lynch Mobile Mechanic Service (Dunn, NC) and InstantCarFix.com…read more I hired InstantCarFix.com to remove a broken bolt from my vehicle. They subcontracted Charlie Lynch of Lynch Mobile Mechanic Service. During the job, Charlie broke off his cobalt extraction bit into the bolt hole and left the job incomplete. He gave his word that he would return to fix the issue but strung me along for over 10 days, then blocked my number and ghosted me entirely. I reported the issue to InstantCarFix.com, but they ignored it and provided no support. I was ultimately forced to bring my vehicle to a professional shop, where I paid over $800 to correct the damage caused. Dishonest, unprofessional, and financially damaging. I do not recommend either Charlie Lynch or InstantCarFix.com. Save yourself the time, money, and stress--go with a reputable, accountable mechanic.

(Personally, I don't have a great deal of faith with any auto shop as it seems that they are always trying to rip you off in one way or another... I feel that Mosteller is no different, but that is just me) Second Chance; A few days later I brought my mother-in-law (s) car in to have the rear lighting panel repaired as the only light that was working was the right rear brake light. A couple days later Mosteller called and said that they had repaired the issue, charged Mrs Warren a ridiculous amount. When we brought the car home, the same scenario, nothing worked (I know, I should have checked it before I left the garage) so I had to bring the car back and explained the situation. When the mechanic came out to check the matter, he had to remove the entire panel whereupon I saw that several of the tail lights were NOT replaced and that the light sockets were "corroded." (proves my point about mechanics) They repair was shoddy and incompetent, I was appalled! These guys are supposed to be ASE Certified... wish the experience would have been better.
