I just counted, I called them 38 times during this ordeal, they called me 6. One time it worked on boot up at the store, but started degrading the moment we got home. After 3 MONTHS of being patient and playing the waiting game (and having been refused a refund and my laptop back), they agreed to give me back my laptop IN WORSE SHAPE with a refund "minus labor costs". I declined that offer and have initiated a charge-back with my credit card company. Lady at the store seemed familiar with charge backs, no doubt not their first experience with it. Avoid at all costs.

I would advise to call before you go, they only had one battery on hand for her type phone. Had they sold that before we arrived we would have been out of luck. The only positive thing I can say about this location was that the male rep came over to ask me if I needed any assistance once he was done with his customer. Maybe this young lady was having a bad day or just did not want to deal with me, but that is no way to act with a customer. Additional training or a talk with her may be needed.
