After 3 MONTHS of being patient and playing the waiting game (and having been refused a refund and my laptop back), they agreed to give me back my laptop IN WORSE SHAPE with a refund "minus labor costs". I declined that offer and have initiated a charge-back with my credit card company. Lady at the store seemed familiar with charge backs, no doubt not their first experience with it. Avoid at all costs.

I would advise to call before you go, they only had one battery on hand for her type phone. Had they sold that before we arrived we would have been out of luck. She powered one on of my devices that had a # listed on the screen to cal, which I did & then she got up to go sit with the other female worker to have a whole other conversation. I glanced over a few times bc I was going to ask her a question, but I kept feeling uncomfortable since I was given the side eye or being ignored. I was warned not by one of my coworkers not to come to this location and even read the negative Yelp review. However, I did it anyways, and It honestly was a waste of time, and it was a very unpleasant & unprofessional experience. The only positive thing I can say about this location was that the male rep came over to ask me if I needed any assistance once he was done with his customer. Maybe this young lady was having a bad day or just did not want to deal with me, but that is no way to act with a customer. Additional training or a talk with her may be needed. I would most definitely not allow one of members of my staff act like that while under my supervision. Next time I will drive to a different location before coming back to this one.
