Words cannot express how grateful I am to Loel. My arthritic dog is unable to stand for long periods of time and was becoming incontinent due to a bladder infection. She has a lot of hair, and I am unable to lift her myself to go to a groomer. Loel came to my house, and completely shaved the areas that were getting soiled. Because my dog couldn't stand, Loel was on the floor to get her shaved. She was able to removed all the fur in the problem areas and even clipped her nails! Having Loel groom your pet is hitting the lotto for groomers! I was so amazed at how adorable my small dogs haircut was. She literally looked like the best/ cutest version of herself that I had ever seen. And, she knew it too as she was prancing around all day after. Loel knew how to make her look so cute and had several recommendations that I love. Loel also took the time to connect with my dog so she was not anxious which is super important. When I went out to the van to pick up my dog, she was relaxing in Loel's lap and didn't even move to come to me which is rare. Loel is doing this because she loves it and it shows. People who give bad reviews just because someone is too busy (because they are in demand and there aren't enough hours in the day) are miserable people. I initially contacted Loel to groom my medium-hair cat who had matted fur in various parts of his body. The vet who sees him on a regular basis wanted to completely sedate him for grooming because my cat hates being groomed. The trip from our home to the vet's office in a carrier gives him anxiety and this was a very stressful ordeal for everyone involved. I contacted Loel based on her excellent reviews and how she is willing to help a difficult cat. Having a groomer visit our home eliminates the stress of trying to put our cat in his carrier. Although she is typically booked months in advance, we were lucky to find an opening. Loel is a pleasure to work with. She came to our home and took our cat to her sprinter. The sprinter van is very clean and well maintained. The whole grooming process took about 90 minutes (for the basic grooming package plus de-shedding and some fur trimming). My cat is so much more comfortable around the house. When she dropped him off at our home, my cat went back to her for pets. She is an amazing groomer and i cannot recommend her enough. read more

Simply the best! My two geriatric cats have been blessed to receive TLC and the most amazing lion haircut by Loel for a year. As they get older and have more hair ball problems and matting issues, it has been very helpful to give them this type of haircut which is time consuming and an art in itself. Her gentle and kind attitude towards the cats (and their humans) is quite disarming and even my most skittish cat purrs cheerfully when she is finished with her cut. Loel is a natural with animals. We consistently have trouble with our poodle's ears and she came over with great know how, not only with a useful organic product to help keep their small inner ears clean and healthy but also calm handling techniques that made us and our dogs less nervous.
