Finally got time to come in, (which granted was 30 minutes before close). Two men sat- did not stand to greet me. I told them I needed to upgrade my husband's phone because it stopped charging. They told me it had to be done with the T-Life app. So I started downloading it. It was taking forever because the service in this area is poor. I was standing for a while, waiting for it to download. My feet were killing me, so I pulled a chair up for myself, since these men didn't think to offer an extremely pregnant woman a chair. Only then did they tell me to let them know if they had any questions. I get it. They had a long day. It was 30 minutes until close- But I also had an exhausting, long day in the hospital. I'm just trying to get things done before our baby gets here while my husband is sick. Could have really used a helping hand today from these gentlemen. I left because I could tell they were annoyed I came in so late and had no idea about the T-life app. I couldn't figure it out on my own and felt like crying. Was too embarrassed to ask for help by this point. Congrats guys. You got to go home on time, while also making a pregnant lady cry. Just gonna get a wireless charger and call it a day.

My Mom recently had some serious phone issues and Jacky was there to solve them all quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond. Sometimes my Mom has questions with the tech stuff and visits the store often. Jacky always makes her feel welcomed and helps her out all the time. She's a wonderful asset to this store and deserves to recognized for her customer service skills. Thank you Jacky M. and thank you T-Mobile.

On June 18th I was tired of my old provider and walked in to the Verizon store on Golden Valley. Angel helped me out and we agreed on a free iPhone 16 (after trading in my old one) + $65/month for my unlimited wireless plan. I paid an initial free and taxes plus a couple of accessories. He then helped me set up my new phone and since then my verizon bills (with autopay) have looked like this: July 17th 2025 Bill $103.12 August 7th 2025 Bill $74.45 This month I went into the store and inquired why my bills were so high. Angel and I spent 2hours on the phone with customer service. By the time I left Angel made it crystal clear that my new bill was going to be $55/month from now on. I thought it was finally over. September 8th 2025 Bill $69.12 October 17th 2025 Bill $102.06 I absolutely cannot afford a $100/month phone plan. I don't know if Angel lied to me or if Verizon is just plain stealing money from me but either way the initial deal we made at the store was $65/month + New iPhone. If I had known in advance that I would be paying $100/month I would've just stayed with my old provider. This review doesn't even mention the 2months it took a full team of verizon employees to simply transfer my old phone number to my new phone. What a joke.

Even despite the useless redheaded manager sitting in his office and loudly joking around with fellow workers and not coming out to offer any assistance to his customer or his associate. Michael B took the time to address my issue to the fullest extent and provided guidance in resolution without hesitation. Michael B showed empathy with my frustration and took every step he could to help and I walked out feeling pretty confident in the issue being fixed. However. During my encounter that same useless redheaded manager...fully knowing I was irritated at the situation...decided to come out to the sales floor and make small talk with another female worker and then proceeded to do a little dance while playing on his phone. He is the least professional manager I think I have ever encountered. What an embarrassment to AT&T to have someone so far detached from customer service representing them. At 7:45pm I called the store several times to check the order before they closed. No one picked up the phone. Tuesday morning I called back no one answered again, I waited until noon, a man answered the phone didn't apologize just said the store was busy yesterday . He didn't take my name or number just put me on hold to "look" for my order. Not sure how he would do so without my information. After being on hold for over 25 Mins I hung up. Will cancel the order and just place one online. So much for trying to give a local store business.

However, as soon as he asked me to pull up my account on my phone, two other employees started asking him for help with their customers. Instead of focusing on assisting me, he repeatedly turned his attention to them. If he was going to help me, I expected to have his full attention and a more professional level of service. I was fully willing to move forward with adding another line and upgrading my phone, but the experience left a very poor impression. Because of how the situation was handled, I decided to leave and close my account with them.
