They said they didn't damage my vehicle and clearly I have pictures. They taped my windshield all the way up told my wife if we have any molding issues around my windshield please come back. We have a lifetime warranty, but failed to tell us that they damage our trim and our molding They scratch my paint and they said they did not do it. That wasn't the outcome I was expecting after the technician mentioned, he been doing glass installation for over 35 years. I asked for a district manager number. They said they're not allowed to give the number out which I know he has an office number to be reached on very, very, very very unprofessional. I called customer service very unprofessional. I went there because they did one of my vehicles over 10 years ago and I never had an issue so that's what drove me to go back but will I referred them to anyone right now no Will I go back hell no....... if I can give zero stars based on customer service, I would. just simple conversation would've fix the whole thing when it happened during installation always let the customer know what's going on. Don't try to cover up because it's never a good outcome.

The quote was about $300 cheaper that Safelite. I was able to get an appt within a couple of days. I arrived for my appt and was greeted warmly by Nate. He made me comfortable during my stay. The waiting area is very nice and conducive work plugging up my laptop at their workstation. I had about a 3 hour wait time, so this was very handy. Free wifi access with good stable internet. I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. He listened patiently and answered questions with care. He's the right person to have at the front desk for sure. He talked to me about my window repair and assured me that they service Tesla's frequently, which gave me instant confidence. I'd highly recommend this location. You'll be in good hands. My car isn't finished yet but I have zero worries. Updated review: As I'm sitting there, the manager comes out. I verified that he was the manager and asked Nate if I could speak to him.
