Kim was immediately responsive and provided a lot of information that we were unaware of. She was a true advocate for us as we worked through some real estate needs for property in our family trust. We will definitely be using Kim and her team for future transactions. Joshua helped establish our LLC formation, EIN establishment, and operation agreement. He has drafted supplemental correspondence for our educational submission and general brand legal considerations. Moreover, Joshua provides incredibly quick correspondence and is knowledgeable about contemporary businesses' social media/content creator/brand needs. Recently, he represented me against a nefarious brand withholding financial payment from a brand deal. As a female/small business owner, I feel very well protected and represented by Joshua! What I value about Joshua is his hands-on approach, his knowledge of modern-day business, his ability to break things down for me, and his responsiveness. (I have worked with two prior lawyers who were horrible with communication, dismissed my concerns, forgot important details, and billed me for services I had to redo). Joshua continues to work with me on my business journey with extraordinary counsel and representation. I am very thankful I found him and highly recommend the Kushner Law Firm! :)

I'm disappointed that she didn't notify her Austin clients (or this one, at least). Yelp should put a CLOSED sign on this Austin business.

They just rescheduled my appointment as if head injuries are a joke. I got a call from the hospital the day before informing me my attorney cancelled my visit. When I brought it up, Mario very snidely reminded me "you can always go to the ER" and they fired me.

Navigating Texas law on when and how to end child support - even after children are emancipated - is anything but straightforward, and I needed an attorney who could guide me through a confusing process. From the moment I submitted an online inquiry through the resolution of my case, I was consistently impressed by the speed, efficiency, communication, and professionalism of Kelly and her team. Intake was seamless. Legal jargon was replaced with clear, concise explanations. The right questions were asked and thoughtfully answered. Monthly billing was timely, transparent, and ultimately came in below the quoted budget. Most importantly, the outcome was exactly what I hired Kelly to achieve. Although I do not expect to ever need a family law attorney again, I would strongly recommend Kelly Caperton Fischer and Goranson Bain Ausley to anyone seeking one of the best family law attorneys at one of the best family law firms in Texas.
