I called her to get a will…read morenotarized, and after she did the job, she stayed for hours helping me with a very personal matter in bringing my mom care for her cancer. She refused to take no for an answer and showed us a care that saved our mom's life with S4 cancer. Pros: - Gets the job done - Fully mobile - Cares about her work - Empathetic/compassionate - Priced to market - Quick responses Side Notes: - Schedule a time - Be specific on what you need - Accepts Venmo - Print single-sided for wills What We Got Done: - 2 printed wills notarized - 2 cover letters for will Summary Notary Work: this was simple; we got it done, signed, and answered all the needed questions. Be sure to get any will that requires notarization printed on one side (not double-sided). Compassion/Empathy/Kindness: This is the highlight. She showed up in ways that instilled that this world is actually good. We finished the will in less than 5 minutes, and she could have quickly gone to the next appointment. What she did next made us feel that angels exist. Having fought her colon cancer battle, she pulled out her phone and told us to go to MD Anderson. She started to share names, phone numbers, and resources, but the greatest act of love a human can do for another at this moment was to advocate for us. We were giving up. She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. Her appetite, energy, and most importantly, her will to live, not just to fight, was back. I highly and FULLY recommend Jackquealyne for any notary work. We made an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day, which was today. Trusting that our appointment was firm I proceeded to drive to the place of signing only to be texted by the notary that she wanted to move the appointment to 330 the same day. I was a good sport and said no problem and drove home from our meeting place. Approximately 2:05 PM she texted me and said ETA 10 minutes. I texted her back told her I do not live at that location and I would meet her at 2:30. She did not reply. I quickly got myself together drove back to the location again went to the second floor put my 85 year-old mother in a wheelchair, since she is the one signing, took her downstairs to a library and waited for the notary. I texted her are you coming and she said you must've misunderstood me. I said 330. I showed her the text via image that said ETA 10 minutes, she told me that that text was for someone else. I literally had to sit in that library with my disabled mother until 4 o'clock when this notary finally arrived. This was very hard for my mother and very irritating for myself. I had two witnesses standing by that left, and I had to use two strangers to be witnesses for my signing of my legal document. I had another notary I could have used and I regret not using her. This woman was very inconsiderate by not honoring our meeting time and then sending me text messages that were intended for someone else. She literally put another signing at the same time as mine and pushed me aside, she let me know at the last minute, and left me sitting with a disabled 85 year-old woman for two hours in a library. I do not recommend this person. I'm giving her two stars instead of one because she did adequately notarize my documents. She charged me $200.
