Child prodigy, don't think so........ If she can give statements about who she personally knew as a toddlerand be ok with it.... ( the odds say most 3yr old girls don't become friends with adult men)?. what kind of person does that make her? Is someone going to take a chance that she wouldn't do what the law requires a notary to do,or change something because she felt like it,? NO that would be silly ....there are too many other persons without questionable actions that come to you to notarize your important papers........I hope that someone takes a good hard look at the facts in question with Ms. Shelnutt in Austin tx on July 28,2017. I needed to get an oil/gas lease document signed and had looked almost everywhere in Northwest Austin. I went to UHCU where I bank, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, Kinko's and no one wanted to touch it because they were *scared* of the possible liability.
