If anyone has ever travelled there, you know all the paperwork that goes into it especially if you don't live in the city of a Brazilian embassy. I needed to get an oil/gas lease document signed and had looked almost everywhere in Northwest Austin. I went to UHCU where I bank, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, Kinko's and no one wanted to touch it because they were *scared* of the possible liability. I called Margie, made an appointment (she was out of her office when I called), and less than 5 minutes it was done! Price is very fair. Cost me $10 for one signature document.
