Carole drew up our wills and trust agreement. She was attentive to our concerns and wishes, and the end product does the job. We found her easy to work with, and I had given her contact information to our successor trustees, in case they need to consult with her if they have to act for us. However, when she didn't reply to a recent email from me, I did some online research and found that she moved to Evergreen CO about a year after we last used her services. I'm disappointed that she didn't notify her Austin clients (or this one, at least). Yelp should put a CLOSED sign on this Austin business. read more

I have known Carole in a personal setting since about 2008. I've seen her as a committed and loving mother taking a moment for 1 more kiss to her children before rushing off to attend to serious matters of her clients. Though she had pressing professional demands she never failed to be loving, involved and dedicated with her family.
