The last and final part was the deed transfer of my home to my son upon death. This is when I finally got to meet Eileen and David. Eileen is extremely soft spoken and very knowledgeable. She is open and welcoming to all. I don't think there is a person on earth she and David wouldn't help. She drafted the paperwork, I signed and she notarized and had it sent to be recorded. $250 and $35 for a will. I came home and wrote notes for my son about how I wanted this distributed to my other kids and granddaughters. I have this all included in a divided file folder.
