I never have problems with people trying to sell me a new package, or lanes closed, or whatever. The cleaning is fine. There are no scratches on my car. The vacuum cleaners work great. The employees are friendly and doing a job I would never do. Now two more car washes are being built within a mile south on RT19. There is a fairly new on at Mariner and Cortez. There is another one within a mile on Cortez toward Brooksville. Do we really need all these car washes? It's fine with me as long as they don't put MisterCarWash out of business.

We also stopped by our mechanic (the following month in August ) and had his Mechanic check out our…read moresunroof and seal. He said there are zero issues with the seal or the sunroof. We returned approx. 3 months later for an oil check and had them check sunroof again (to see if it was our error). Owner of the mechanic shop said that there is definitely NOT an issue with our sunroof or the seal. He viewed the water damaged and stated that he was going to let his customers know to AVOID Bubble Down. It would not have been much of an expense to pay for our headliner to be cleaned. Instead, we now see that many other Bubble Down customers are posting about damage to their vehicles and some of them are even more severe. This shows incredibly poor Customer service at this Bubble Down location :( If an expensive automobile is damaged by Bubble Down, the correct thing to do would be to pay for the vehicle to be put back into the same condition it was PRIOR to entering their "car wash." We didn't ask for a new car, or for the entire interior to be cleaned. We're talking about a $50 service to clean the headliner where THEIR water and chemicals stained our headliner after ripping open our sunroof due to OVER SUCTION. Water literally poured inside our vehicle when our sunroof was closed. Bubble Down saw the damage occur, inspected our vehicle, took pictures, agreed that the suction was too strong, and they refused to acknowledge any need for cleaning or repair. We were told by management that they had to adjust the suction setting, so they certainly DID acknowledge the issue. Today we have water stains on our roof and we will need to pay out-of-pocket to have this cleaned. Shame on Bubble Down. Poor business management. Not ethical. We feel bad for these employees who took the time to document our claim, acknowledge the damage, and then have to be embarrassed that Bubble Down didn't support them or their business. We will NEVER return to Bubble Down, due to poor ethics on their part.

Everything functions well. The floor is clean. The is clearly mark. It has security sticker on the paper key change out. I could not se any security cameras towards the pump. Not sure they have it. We were traveling home to the Midwest from Clearwater when a nine month old Michelin Defender 10…read moretire started to rapidly lose air pressure, apparently due to a manufacturer defect. We got the 12-year old never-before-used donut spare on and, with that also losing pressure, limped our way to Alex Tire Repair, recommended by a nice woman in a RaceTrac station. Alex and his staff were Absolutely EXCELLENT. They quickly replaced the donut with a new tire with similar tread to the Michelin, checked and filled the remaining three tires, inspected the donut, replaced it in the trunk and sent us on our way, all in about 15 minutes and for about $160, for a Brand New tire! Furthermore, Alex asked that we call to let him know we made it home. I cannot tell much that meant to us. Thank You, Alex, and your guys, for making two strangers from the midwest fell valued and for getting us safely back on the road.

I was driving through the city structure in Dade City today and ran over construction debris. One…read moreof the tires popped and I had to pull off immediately. It was 3pm on a Saturday and most businesses were closed. I called Alex Tire and explained the situation. I drive a Maserati Grecale and was fearful they would not help. However, they came and removed the tire, took it back to their shop, and brought a newly mounted tire back. I realize I will have to change the tire to a matching brand in the next couple of days. However, they got me back on the road and I made it back home. I am grateful that Alex Tire was willing to assist. They also charged me fairly and did not attempt to inflate the charge because of the car. I do not live in the area but would highly recommend them if you need tires.
