- went to this gas station and tried using my credit card at the pump. it did not work…read more- went inside and gave credit card to attendant and specifically requested $10.00 worth if gas - They did not say anything about charging $40.00 instead of the $10.00 that was requested. - went outside and pumped $10.00 worth of gas and left - came home and checked my bank account and this gas station charged me $40.00 - called the gas station and was told that they charge $40.00 by default when a customer comes inside to charge their gas regardless of what the customer requested and they don't bother to tell the customer. - now have to dispute this transaction with my bank. they said they the credit card should be cancelled and a new one issued to be safe. - very deceptive business practices. would not recommend anyone to go there.

The gas prices are competitive with neighboring stations, so they're not overpriced. The convenient store is stocked well and has the essentials. Very clean inside as well - and as I said the bathrooms amazingly clean - as well as friendly service.

I would not recommend doing business with Uxbridge Gas.  I brought my Corvette in for an inspection…read moreand they pull it into the shop.  I go around front to pay and then walk back around to find the mechanic struggling to lift it.  I tell them there are specific points to lift the car.  When I get the car back I check to find the fiberglass floor cracked.  I go in and confront the manager who was working with the mechanic to inspect the car and inform him of the damage to the car.  The mechanic comes over to look at it and pulls a piece of fiberglass off and tells me its corrosion.  I tell him it's a fiberglass car and that it's a piece of fiberglass, not corrosion.  The manager tells me to get an estimate to repair the damage.  I do this and return with an estimate of $750 to which the manager responds that its too high and offers me $500.  I reiterate that he damaged my car and the cost was $750.  He told me it was my word against his and that he won't pay $750.  I ended up contacting the RMV who reviewed the inspection footage where you can clearly see the mechanic jacking the car up and then it dropping before I come in to tell him where to properly lift the car. Only after obtaining sufficient evidence video and recommendation of the RMV rep, did they reimburse me the $750.  Not only are they incompetent by they are unethical.  Stay far far away from Uxbridge Gas.

I know it's not the biggest deal but it was nostalgic for me. I remembered my first car and in the bitter cold having an attendant pump gas for 89 cents a gallon. The gas station attendant was super kind and struck up a conversation. It was nice not to have to get out of the car and pump gas. Before you know it, he was handing me my credit card and the receipt. I'm not sure about the quality of gasoline but my rental drove just fine on the gas all over MA and CT. The prices were great and the location was convenient. What more could you want from a gas station?

I went to fill up my truck with Deisel fuel in December. The next day my "water in fuel" warning…read morelight came on. The car dealer found the fuel filter half full of water and my entire fuel system had to be drained and cleaned at a cost of over$1500.00. I called the station and reported the problem and asked if I could get reimbursed for the cost to repair. The very nice lady said someone would contact me. It's now the 27th of January and after additional calls, no one has contacted me. I'd be careful about using a station that does not take responsibility for their defective products.
