I ask to speak to a supervisor and was claim non was around and was told that she was going to call 611 to explain with out the manager or supervisor seeing my I'd to verify if it was broken or not and she started loud talking me then said she feel threatened and I have to leave and I feel she was being racist. Please if any managers or supervisors are at that location needs to over see their employees how they conduct services cause I will not tolerate racism or false claims of feeling threatened.

The pumps are programmed with "pay inside" as an option, by the owner, however they will only do it…read moreon four of the pumps(the inside four). Since I had some things I need to pick up inside, I waited for these pumps. Girl came over intercom telling me I had to either use card or pay inside as a reward for me waiting. Great, two transactions now. She I went inside, I mentioned that I had intended on purchasing more inside (I only grabbed a paper to read at lunch opting to pick up other stuff elsewhere later) and they needed to take it off the pumps that it is not available on or in all if they don't offer it anymore and was told "most will allow it,, but I am not most". Well, through my business, we purchase a couple hundred a week here. Aside from not appreciating the snotty response, there is a station right around the corner on rt 23 that we don't have to gamble when we stop there on an inconvenience factor. We have put up with low stock on items like drinks, etc however it looks like maybe the other station can use my money more.

I…read morestopped to get gas and tried paying at the pump but had technical difficulty so I ran inside and told the attendant I had no idea what buttons to push for enter after inserting my card. I told him I'd just pre-pay as he started coming out from behind the counter to help me. He was so friendly, funny and helpful, and I quickly noticed he was this way with everyone who came inside! It seemed as if he knew all the customers who came in; however, I had just met him and if I didn't know better, I would've thought he knew me already, too. It didn't matter who walked through that door, he greeted each and every man and woman of all race, nationalities and backgrounds with a smile, hello and a short, friendly conversation. I bought a few things before walking out the door, told him it was nice meeting him, and he politely reminded me not to forget I paid for gas. I was glad he did because I was slightly distracted watching him interact with his customers. While I pumped my gas, I yelled out to the guy at the pump next to mine how nice the employee is. As he walked toward the door, he looked to see who was working, and he said, "that's my dude! He's really cool! He's been working here for awhile." I told him I'm going to do a review on him alone, and the man said, "Please do, he deserves it!" I couldn't agree more. I went back inside to ask his name and for the number of the store, as I plan to call his boss to say what a pleasure it was to buy gas at his station thanks to Mehdi. I'll be returning simply due to Mehdi's excellent customer service. Not only that, their gas is cheaper than other stations the road. It's a win-win.
