As a complementary service most places when you bring your own cup, don't charge you for ice because ice is free, it's complementary. however, this guy made a big ordeal about it, so i said, OK I'll just dump the ice out like in the sink, because it had already been inside of my cups, my own used cups. He said oh no, lifted the icemaker and poured the ice back into the machine. GROSS. For safety reasons and OSHA requirements; i know that is a public safety violation. That's absolutely disgusting! I'm pretty sure that goes against OSHA HEALTH AND SAFETY. I would file a complaint, but honestly, it's beneath me. I just think that was cheap, rude, tasteless, and absolutely disgusting. i would never go back there and use that ice machine. do with this as you may. 0/10 would not recommend.

Service is consistently friendly, and the fact that it is constantly busy here should tell us something. I like the pizza very much and I honestly don't think there's a better egg roll anywhere. I generally get a couple of them several days a week on the way to work. Good hot dogs, polish sausage too! Breakfast sandwiches are very good, hamburgers...not so much. I have lost track of how many free tanks of gas I've gotten from the Speedy Rewards program. It really is one of the best rewards programs anywhere. Good trick is to buy a gift card for a hundred bucks, get a thousand or two thousand points for that, and then use the rewards card and gift card at the pump. With that and the hot food selections, the points add up quick.

I went here today for the first time in a long time, I can't remember the last time I was in. They sent me one mailer with four coupons, one available per week, and this week was free ice cream, so that definitely got me in the store. I got a half gallon of Hudsonville ice cream for free. Like any store, some of the things here are pricey and some are reasonably priced. We needed milk and the cheapest was $4.19 for a gallon, that's a dollar more than Meijer. I got three green peppers, rather large ones, for about two dollars and change each, which is also expensive. I only came to the store for the ice cream, milk, and peppers, but I also ended up buying two thin crust pizzas for four dollars each, since it was buy one get one free, and that was a pretty good deal, as well as some 8-ounce Kraft shredded cheese for $1.99 each, which is cheaper than Meijer - the caveat was that you had to buy five of them. When I went to stash my cart in the parking lot, I noticed they had a really cute cart for kids, so I might bring my one-year-old back with me next time. Busch's gets four stars from me because of the pricing being a little high and also the shopping cart return areas being further out.
