While addressing a situation with one of her employees, she spoke to her in a harsh, condescending tone. The issue at hand was that important information hadn't been relayed to the employee, yet Jaylyn chose to blame her rather than take responsibility for not communicating it properly in the first place. It's frustrating to see a manager treat both customers and staff this way. If there are communication breakdowns, the focus should be on improving the flow of information, not attacking those affected by it!!! I also wanted to shout out Aubrey, she was so polite to me the entire time I was in the bulding (unlike the acting manager). She made me feel so welcomed and it was really having such a kind employee there!

She replied the order back wrong to see if she got it right and also said we don't have plain Tim bits, I reply can I have 2 hash browns and I asked for 4 old fashion Tim bits not sure plain. She then says ok pull forward. I like to see my total so I can use cash and coins. I wait for a couple seconds she updates the screen to $0 total. I let that go but I should have asked for the total. Ok I then get to the window. Just knowing I would see either 2 of the friendly nice faces of men I see typically in the morning. Or a younger guy and I pull up and think to myself let's try this again. I say hello he says hello your total is $4.85. I have my wallet out with cash and ready to count my coins. As I'm doing that the guy says it's not that much. I look and I could have said something but they have pissed me off too quick for nothing I simply replied the lady that took the order didn't put the total up and I'm paying cash so I need to get rid of my change. Overall, this is some minor things that really pissed me off for no reason at all. I love this location like I said I come here often and the employees are friendly and nice. Today was not good at all. I hope this was just today but I will let it be known if this happens again. I hope to see my original people when I return.
