It is a great full service station with more than enough pumps so it is usually a very quick in and out when I am there. I noticed some used cars for sale there so I can see that they also do auto sales there. The place is always well lit at night and the gas attendants there are always friendly and efficient. Their prices on gas are some of the lowest around. They are open until late at night which makes it convenient. Out of all of the gas stations on the North side of Route 1 this is definitely my gas station of choice.

In addition it managed to remove one of the magnets I had on the back of the car even though I've been through other car washes which didn't do that so I didn't expect Id have to remove it in order to get through the car wash with it on the car and of course there is a nice dirty outline of where it used to be on the car. Quite disappointed in this car wash and won't be going back.

I don't know what the deal is with car wash attendants, but they're always extremely rude in my experience if you don't know exactly what to do. Maybe it's just the Merrimack Valley because these experiences were at two different car washes in North Andover. Some grumpy middle aged man came knocking at my window berating me to roll it down so he could talk to me. I did, and he me to put the car in neutral. I said I did, and he sneered, "No you didn't, the car was moving." Well, it seemed like my car wasn't exactly in the right place when I did put it in neutral, so I moved ahead slightly. The signs about when to move weren't clear, and where I come from car washes have operated differently (i.e. you put your car in park and move ahead when the lights tell you to move). In any case, he didn't have to be such an asshole about it. I don't know what his deal is because the gas station attendants have never been rude like this. The car wash itself was okay for the price. I got the $12 one which didn't make my car spotless but it was decent enough. However, I'll stick to touchless car washes from now on so I don't have to deal with people like this.

True to their name, they deliver lightning-fast service -- my oil change took barely 15 minutes from start to finish. The staff moved efficiently without cutting corners, double-checking everything before handing the keys back. At under $50, their pricing is tough to beat, especially compared to big-name competitors that often charge nearly double. Despite the quick turnaround, the technicians were friendly, transparent about what my car needed (and what it didn't), and didn't try to upsell unnecessary add-ons. The waiting area was clean and had free coffee, adding a nice touch while I waited. Overall, Lightning Lube lives up to its reputation -- fast, affordable, and trustworthy. It's exactly what a busy driver needs: quality service without the downtime or high price tag.
