They know that they're going to do well if they're honest. They fixed that one thing, which would have gone. And I'm back home, in fine fettle. No place is going to be completely perfect -- but we have taken three different cars to them, never had a follow-up problem, never had a bill that seemed unreasonable, and even had him tell us on a number of occasions that he could fix something (and he could!) without an expensive overhaul. The workers were rude and sexist. They have credit card signs in the window but said they only accept cash for inspections. I told them never mind and went to leave then another guy approached my car as I was trying to leave and yelled at me to get cash and come back. They are always friendly and accommodating and charge fair prices for service. I appreciate a friendly neighborhood service station.

The guy at the register?? He wears a mask- older guy- so incredibly rude. He charged me for an extra cup which no Cumberland Farms EVER does. I do not like feeling the water texture from my coffee so I get an extra cup. He did not even ask for my rewards which I have been using regularly so when I asked... he said "you should have said that earlier" with attitude. Actually NO. You are always supposed to ask if anyone has a rewards card- common for every store. He originally charged me $3 for a medium iced coffee and then with my rewards- only $1. Definitely not going back to the Lynn location of Cumberland Farms. So incredibly rude. Be kind.

The person that gave the sticker did not communicate well (his English was not clear) and he did not tell me that with a RED rejection sticker that I should not drive the car until it was fixed. I have gotten inspections in the past and have had the inspector replace a bulb, wiper blade, etc. so that I would PASS. I will NEVER go back to this station again and will tell everyone that I know to not go there. The person was also rude and as I mentioned, did not clearly explain the potential consequences of having a RED rejection sticker. BEWARE and do not go there for an inspection sticker!

Here's wht happened to us. Driving by, going north, we saw gas $2.69 and planned to buy gas there on the way back south from our northern destination. Yes, returning south we stopped there for gas and started filling up the tank. After filling, my friend happened to look up high above her and saw that $2.69 IS THE PRICE ONLY IF YOU ALSO BOUGHT A CAR WASH AT THE SAME TIME. If you did not buy a car wash, gas costs $3.89 / gallon!! The lower price is posted above the higher price, so that driving by at Lynnwy speeds, you are easily fooled. The two different prices and service options (gas, gas with car wash) are not listed on the pumps. Their advertising is false and is designed to charge the ridiculousy high price of $3.89 / gallon if you don't hang around and read their very tall. highway-height price signs to learn the scam they are perpetrating. BE CAREFUL. DON'T GO THERE. We are telling all of our family and friends and none of us will go there again for anything. Best of luck to all.

I…read morebelieve it has to do with the current employees whose work ethics seem to be much better than the staff last year. I have been here a few dozen times since my last review and have completed my purchases of fuel as well as drinks and snacks quickly and without any problems. I will definitely continue to fuel up here. I increase this Shell location to 4 Stars.
