I came in and saw the "free vacuums" and wanted to quickly vacuum out my car before getting gas. I actually had zero intention of getting a car wash but after pulling up and spending about 20-30 min detailing my car with all the extras (all purpose cleaner and towels, scent, air gun, glass cleaner) and a vacuum that was the strongest suction I have ever seen, I felt guilty just using the freebies and decided to get a wash. Car wash is affordable and they have a monthly plan that also allows you to get your to 30 cents off / gallon of gas. The $10 monthly car wash pays for itself in gas if you fill up weekly. On top of all that, the car wash attendant came out when he saw me pull my mats out and offered to wash them for me unprompted. He even gave me a free towel. On top of that there is a very clean Dunkin inside the gas station and a "taco pros" that far exceeded my expectations for a gas station taco spot. Needless to say, I would drive the 15 min from my house weekly to stop here. Overall great experience.

While still standing at the counter, I noticed the pack was incorrect and pointed it out before leaving. The cashier realized the store was actually out of my brand, but refused to refund me. She claimed that because my card already went through, I "had to keep" the wrong pack. An employee error is not a "final sale." Forcing a regular customer to pay for and keep an item they did not want--simply because a card was swiped--is unacceptable. No apology. No have a nice day just - unnecessary attitude . If I did that to my customers I wouldn't have a job. If wasn't on the way to work I would asked for the manager immediately! Constant Awful morning service. Know your customers. Know your products or ask and acknowledge your mistakes. Fake empathy is better than showing annoyance. I will be taking my receipt and business across the street or ANYWHERE else for that matter. None of the employees could verify whether the gas contained ethanol or not. This is important to me because I would rather use gas that is ethanol free if possible in my motorcycle. Is the gas really ethanol free; or is the required label missing? Who knows. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the customer service at this station.
