To return their call, I was immediately put on hold for 27 minutes! I got to the location from work, waiting through a 12-minute line (so 39 minutes after I called) I got to the front and was still on hold. I showed them the hold time. Before calling them, I had called my insurance and my doctor, and nothing was wrong. So, I wanted to ask them what their system was stating/how it could be wrong...yet they never answered, so I asked for the manager. The manager stated that this was just how they did things here. I told them that I was called first. I was returning their call, and since I was immediately put on hold without even a person answering, I told them that it's unacceptable. I had very easy issues to solve. Never going back. I had been going there for decades (not exaggerating). Good riddance.

I've…read morebeen going here for at least 10 years and while there have been small inconveniences here and there, which is to be expected, I've never had any problems that I found to be unreasonable. I genuinely think that the gals at this pharmacy deserve a solid raise and recognition for how great of a job they have done over the past several years. They always greet me by name and with a smile. I can honestly count on one hand the number of times I left without smiling or feeling flattered from the sincere care and accommodating attitude of the pharmacists. Even if you don't go out of your way to be nice to the staff, I ask that you treat them with the respect they deserve. This may seem excessive for a review for a pharmacy but this is the only place I go where I really hope the employees are compensated properly for the amount of effort they put in or at the very least, they see this and know that all that they do isn't being taken for granted.

As a Filipino, I approve their ube; it's not like the "ube"/vanilla with food coloring from Trader Joe's. Sidenote: I love Trader Joe's overall, but the majority of their ube products are terrible. The Ube beverage was great, the ube flavor stands out pretty strong unlike most ube coffee drinks I've had elsewhere. The mango sticky rice was delish, it was sweet but not overly sweet and the cream made a huge difference in the drink. Highly recommend. Overall we had a great fine and would recommend if you're looking for a fusion coffee shop to try!
