I called because they (after decades…read moreof going there and having the same insurance), they said my insurance was giving issues with one of my prescriptions. To return their call, I was immediately put on hold for 27 minutes! I got to the location from work, waiting through a 12-minute line (so 39 minutes after I called) I got to the front and was still on hold. I showed them the hold time. Before calling them, I had called my insurance and my doctor, and nothing was wrong. So, I wanted to ask them what their system was stating/how it could be wrong...yet they never answered, so I asked for the manager. The manager stated that this was just how they did things here. I told them that I was called first. I was returning their call, and since I was immediately put on hold without even a person answering, I told them that it's unacceptable. I had very easy issues to solve. Never going back. I had been going there for decades (not exaggerating). Good riddance.
