But I am also looking for a local mechanic to work with. He has no idea who he turned away. Guess he doesn't like classic cars, race cars, etc. He now never gets to see mine. Don't even try here. As the owner points out, there are many other businesses that WANT your money. Just not Sam.

I love these guys for several reasons: 1. I've lived in…read moreseveral towns/cities where going to a mechanic and talking about my car has been difficult and intimidating. (female here) I never feel that way when interacting with the staff here. Never talked down to or patronized, and kind as always. Eric explains everything. 2. They go above and beyond. Ideally, I needed a new fuel tank, but couldn't afford it, and they researched a cheaper alternative for my situation, buying me time. When I was purchasing my current used car, I was able to stop by and let them take a look at it at no charge. This was very helpful! If I have a concern, they're very patient when I bring it to them. 3. They are sensitive to my budget--I bet I don't even know all the ways. They discuss payment options with me and recently included a service at no charge--I believe because I disclosed my budget, but I did that thinking that all the services were covered, so I had no expectation of this generous action. They are just awesome, and you can feel they care about helping you--not just working on machines-- and I tell my family, my friends, and coworkers to go to Bock Auto.

The team at Bock Auto is always super accommodating, friendly as well as knowledgeable. Not only that, I have seen them give back to this community during this time of a global pandemic in ways I have not seen other businesses doing. They are locally owned and operated and Even offer a complementary ride service in case you are in need of a ride to work when you drop off your vehicle. That does not exist with other mechanic shops in this town. They go above and beyond and it shows that their heart is in this business.

Absolute Nightmare to Deal with. RUN AWAY FAST!…read more I bought a used bmw for sale through this dealer and it was going smooth, their sales manager Abbas did a video walkthrough(on jan 27th 2025) with me(have the videos saved) where he said there are "the driver's side is good, no dings or scratches or anything and the body lines are great". Fast forward to getting the car and there are DEEP scratches that no reputable dealer would ever sell a car with. Abbas calls me at 6:28pm on 2/4/25 apologetic and says that this must have happened after the video walkthrough, and that he will go investigate and make it right. Seemed like it was going well Was quoted ~$1300 to get these scratches repaired, so I text Abbas and he has a tone change and points me to Chad Israel, their General Sales Manager, who starts treating me horribly immediately and says its my fault that their sales manager misled me in the video. We tried to have an adult phone call(all recorded) on Feb 6th at 11:30am, where Chad could't be an adult and started screaming then hung up on me. Talk about great customer service! Run run away, im talking to lawyers now, unless this dealership decides to make this right.
