I lost my serpentine belt as I was in line for the noon ferry. I lost steering.air conditioning, all hydraulics and I was overheating. I pulled out of the line and was going to try and limp 70 miles home. About a mile and a half from the ferry I saw Orient Service Center and pulled in. They were kind enough to give me a hand. They did not have the part in stock but were able to order it and install it in a short period of time. To make a long story short, I was on the ferry 3 hours later. If I lived closer this would be the only place I take my car for gas and repairs. I would give 6 stars if I could. read more

Here from out of town, when boarding the ferry in New London one of the ferry staff noticed my headlight was out. I have a Mazda 6 and you have to put the car on a lift to fix the darn thing. Called ahead to see if this place could help me out once I got off the ferry. They were friendly, efficient, and inexpensive. Nice guys, highly recommend! read more
