According to the sign outside, they have been serving the area for over 50 years, and between the line inside, friendly employees, and good variety, it shows why they have been around so long. Find a parking spot in the huge lot to the back of the building and walk up inside, carefully (the steps weren't really built correctly, and could be dangerous..... I witnessed someone falling...). Find whatever you may need, they have the normal range of a convenience store (lottery, snacks, candy), as well as beer and a deli. The deli consists of lots of hot and cold sandwiches as well as subs, porketta, and chicken, to name a few. Quaint outdoor seating and always has a good variety and selection. Deli can be somewhat packed (possibly 3 or 4 people), but the rest of the store is never busy. Only complaint is that the Boston Globe is $4.00 here instead of $3.50! But, whatever, I guess I'm paying more since I'm so far out. 5 stars for the Purchase Street Market. I'll be back if I'm looking for another quick lunch option in the Milford area.

Today I went in and got coffee and the woman behind the counter said there was no free coffee for veterans. She was insistent and because I already had the coffee I just paid with my CF card and walked out. Up until now I was a fan of CF. I guess next Veterans Day I will go to Panera or Honey Dew.

The store is new and has been in business for about 3 months now. The store manager was kind enough to inform me how to place orders on their standing kiosk. (They do not take orders at the counter and want customers to place orders on the standing kiosk system that is standing to the right side of the counter.) Lots of swiping and up selling when placing the order. I just wanted a chicken parm and a Italian sausage sub. After placing the order the kiosk prompted if I would like to make it a combo meal? "No Thank you" Then I was prompted with another pop up asking if I would like to add a soda to the order "No Thank you" Then I was prompted if I would like to add Chips to the order "Thank you all set" I would have thought that after these up sell prompts would be enough....but no...one more prompt of snacks that I would buy along with the sandwiches. "NO THANK YOU...." Holy Crap.... I was the only one in the store so I would have thought this would be quick and fast....Somehow it still took 18 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches.....I guess even though there were a total of three people on staff along with the manager, the in depth conversation of how their night went.
