Shocking since all my years of driving and stopping to fill my tank at numerous Shell, I've never been told that they do not have a restroom. Had I known, I would have continue to drive another 2 miles to fill my tank instead, where the clerk was welcoming and the facility had a restroom. Do yourself a favor and don't stop here; continue little further down the street and you'll find a nicer station with everything you need and better prices.

We stopped because we prefer Chevron gas and my Fiancee needed to use the facilities. From the look of the place, we both wondered if it was open? The restrooms are a line of porta-potty's off to the side. They are horrible and not sure if they ever get cleaned. We at that point, figured no point in seeing what the inside of the dilapidated place looked like. My suggestion, find somewhere else nicer..

I mostly come here because the gas prices are pretty decent compared to others in the area. The…read moretrouble is the area itself feels pretty shady, which makes me a little nervous coming here, especially as a woman. That said, the store has a better snack selection than most gas stations, and the cashiers are always very nice. On the plus side, it's right across the street from some taco stands, and there's also a fruit stand set up in front of the gas station itself.

Lights and sirens, cramps that made me scream, near gastric revolt. I GOTTA use the restroom. And they didn't flinch, didn't complain, they just pointed me down the aisle and to the left. That's the opposite of what often happens at a gas station. They'll post some stupid "Out of Order" sign on the door or tell you after you've dropped $50 at the pump that the restrooms are for employees only. We discovered one revolting station near the Arizona border where they not only would they not let you use the restrooms, they charged you $2 above the going rate for gas ....just because they could. Not the Superstore! I left much happier and very much relieved and encouraged that sometimes people are just as kind and decent as you hope they'll be.

The attendant was quick, professional and easy on the eyes. AND THEY SOLD MULBERRIES!!! Fresh, ripe, delicious mulberries, apparently off the owner's tree. I'd never had a mulberry. They're wonderfully unusual and delicious. And I'm so glad I got gas here so that I finally had a chance to try them!

I didn't notice the condition of the bill at the time because I trusted that the cash I received from the store was acceptable. The next day, when I attempted to use the $50 bill to make a purchase, I noticed that it was damaged. I immediately returned to the Pilot Travel Center and explained the situation, requesting a simple bill exchange. Unfortunately, the employee declined to exchange the bill, even though she and her coworker were there when I had originally received it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to come back at 11 PM that Sunday. I find this response very frustrating and unacceptable. Pilot Travel Center should be accountable for the condition of the bills they accept and then give back to their customers. Customers should not be left stuck with damaged money after making a purchase at your store. I hope management looks into this situation and trains employees on how to properly handle situations like this. This could have been easily resolved with a simple bill exchange, but instead I was left feeling like my concern was being ignored.
