My only real complaint is the area it's located in. It feels a bit sketchy, and I've encountered disruptive people inside the store more than once, which makes me uneasy when I have my child with me. I think I'll probably have to start going with the pick up options to save me the trouble of going into the store.

I called the pharmacy to inform them and to replace the medicine but this pharmacist insisted they can only mix it. She said that "sometimes they're running around and forget to mix it because they're so busy" which made me very uneasy that they're so quick to make a mistake on a child's medicine and have no accountability for it. She continued on to say that she won't do anything but mix it, but You can't mix a medication that has been tampered because it risks the dosing being wrong. I went in person, as a different cvs told me they have to replace it as it's their mistake, and while talking to a completely different pharmacist, this one interrupted the conversation to again argue that they would only mix it. She refused to let anyone else handle the matter and told me to "take the bottles out of her face" while slamming them on the counter. I told her my daughter has kidney disease and any misdosing could cause serious issues and she showed 0 compsssion. This woman should not be in a field requiring so much responsibility and empathy. If your pharmacy made a mistake, own it, don't tell me it wasn't a mistake. Gaslighting a mother who is trying to do her best for her infant is the most disturbing way to abuse power.

Last time I was with my daughter and she bought me a foot spa that I just love. The price was fair and it works great. They have a great selection of make up and creams. They have toys and candy and a little food. The service is really nice and they will help you find things. They have a lot of stuff. Now, their prices are a tad high as are all CVSs', but it is easy to navigate, and it is always so clean. They will take something back if there is a problem and I love all the coupons that come with the receipt. I love their travel items. They are great when you are packing for a trip and they have a huge selection of them. You will like this one.

I explained that she was in pain and couldn't stand for long. Also it was raining hard. He then said fine then you need to come in or I won't fill it. I was so irritated at that fact that he was so rude and inconsiderate. Then again most of the staff at this CVS is the same way. So now I am standing in line for someone to help me. Finally the rude pharmacist calls me up and says someone will call the doctor who prescribed the medicine. My wife also called the doctors office and had the staff call the pharmacy. The rude pharmacist ignored me when I told him someone just called regarding my wife's prescription. I waited for 35 minutes inside CVS without an answer to my wife's prescription. The rude pharmacist was trying to leave to lunch without telling me the status. Finally he says ok the prescription is ready. You need to have you ID. Then he leaves to lunch without telling anyone where he put the prescription. Another pharmacist found it and they rang me up for own medication. There was one more medications that they didn't fill nor did they acknowledge was missing. When o got to my house they call to tell my wife the second prescription is ready. Then, I made line for consultation for my 9 year old daughter, and the same staff tried to help me. He probably couldn't help me so he told another staff member the symptoms to help me. That new staff member didn't even give me eye contact, she was leaning down picking up some items from the bottom shelve, and told me to go to a specific isle to look for over the counter meds that could help me with my symptoms. I expressed my complain to the manager and she said she would talk to the staff member. Hopefully, they improve their customer service.

The person I originally spoke to was very pleasant and told me that yes, I can do it that way or through their mobile app. I asked again if it would be an issue for me to do it through the drive through and was told I can do it either way. When I pulled up to the drive through there was a different lady there than the one I had originally spoken with. She told me that she could not sell it to me and I would have to download the app and do curbside pickup. I explained to her that I had just called and was told it would be ok to do it this way. She was not understanding at all and I had to argue with her that I had just called to check and was told it would be ok. She ended up selling me the at home covid test but with an attitude. I'm already sick and feeling like crap, I made sure to call and check in advance and when I show up I get told something completely different. I tried to apologize because maybe she didn't know but she was not friendly at all and made me never want to come back to this location again. I did not make the mistake here, I spoke with the pharmacy department and got the okay. If there was a mistake made it was on their end and they shouldn't take it out on the customer but correct the employee. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately.
