So not even a little bit of a normal situational issue to happen to an entire store especially when the Company is not a small "mom and pop shop or something within that realm. No notices as to the status of the business. I just kept driving, like so many other people,waisting my time and gas re-visiting the site and looking for an answer as to why the store was closed and what I could expect in the future? Well finally, one day, out of the blue, they opened their doors with a new staff, which I was extremely disappointed in, due to their poor performance in general, demonstrating no,if any, ability perform in a professional manner and demonstrate a level of competence, and most importantly a sense of pride within themselves and their own work. Now it's April 29th and I believe it was last weekend, could have been the one previous, and here we go again.. it was a Sunday, over an hour before the posted closing time and THEY WERE CLOSED! It's happening AGAIN ... My question to the Murphy Oil is how do you actually still manage to keep your Company from going bankrupt and losing everything if you're Chastain Store is an appropriate example of the expectations that you, the Company's leadership team are an example of your expectations and the Company's own failure to deliver a sustainable business plan that is more sustainable and effective in the actual field therefore the actual closing of an entire location would never have occurred and there would be contingency plans in place. I used to be a regular customer until I kept coming and the store would never be open. Then a new…read moremanager took over and she ran it into the ground. Her attitude was horrible she would scream and cuss at the customers. The store was always dirty and ran down. I stopped by chance 2 months ago, I can say it has completely changed. It's clean and well stocked and the staff they have hired or fast and friendly. I consider myself a regular customer again. Not too mention the prices for cigarettes and and gas can't be beat.

The store is reasonably clean and has a good selection (especially when you need to satisfy that "junk food" craving). The factor that makes this convenience store / gas station stand out above the others nearby is the friendliness of the staff - they are always welcoming and seem to appreciate your business. I am here to tell you, that when I picked it up, I couldn't tell that it was even my car. Spotless is an understatement. They know their business and they were genuinely happy to please me. All ProntoWashes are not owned by the same people. This particular location moved from a spot behind Lenox Mall. A hotel was put in it's place so I had to hunt for them. It is a family business and they really provided "knock your socks off" service.

I don't like writing bad reviews but after the experience I have had, I need to make sure no one else ever feels this. Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. She did, however, ask me "are you done" when she was ready for me to stop talking. Either way, she just didn't want to give a refund or admit that the service was bad. Don't go here..save your money. Park in another lot for $5 and got to 2 Minit on Piedmont. These people seriously don't deserve your cash.
