By far one of the best Laundry Delivery Service I've ever done! The cost per pound is reasonably priced compared to other locations and the service is remarkable. Highly Recommend! My experience: Had a ton of dirty clothing / bedsheets from my machine breaking down. It was disgusting. I was too lazy to go out to do my own laundry from the lack of a wheel cart and a very hot summer day. So I searched on yelp and found this place. I was worried they wouldn't do delivery service for my location but they do! I went to the website to choose what kind of clothing / fabrics needed cleaning. They have an option to for them determine everything at the end of the delivery... which is cool. Bill the owner arrived and was very kind to me. I had around 50 pounds of clothing in three garbage bags. Told him any additional details and he noted it. I was also made aware that they use oraganic detergent which is awesome since chemical detergents make me itch. I schedule for next day service. The next day he sent me a text notifying me that my clothes were ready. Replied to him that I was home and ready for it. With-in 10 minutes I've recieved my clothing. It was all in one beautiful laundry bag properly tied. Opened it up and my clothes, blankets and hat was properly layered and clean. Had no difficulties at all. The price I was charged is perfecto for what was done. Bill with his customer and laundry service was excellento. Glad I choose this! If your debating to try this out... go for it. CANNOT say enough good things about my experience with this business. The website wouldn't work for me at first, so I texted and received an immediate response. Both the person who picked up my laundry (whose name I'm only now realizing that I don't know - sorry! ) and Chris, the person who dropped it off, were extremely gracious and kind and accommodating. They did 38 pounds of laundry for me, plus a set of sheets, for less than $35! Everything arrived neatly folded, fresh, and smelling great. I'm never going back to doing my own laundry. I've used them for about 2 years. Service is good however there is a strong lack of communication. On 3 separate occasions my laundry was never picked up 2 of those occasions it was raining all day and my clothes were left in the rain all day. There was no communication sent out and the owner doesn't reply at all. Furthermore one of my items of clothing was misplaced and there was no follow up in regards to that either. The owner states there has been an email sent out explaining why there was no pickup. No email is ever sent out and very poor communication. As of 4/30/2023 I am closing out my account with them and looking for a new provider. If possible avoid them at all cost or your laundry will be left in the rain read more

Worst service and costumer service ever!! Liars and no respect for costumers and their time at all!! I bring my clothes for drop-off and the manager was so nice at the beginning and keeps promising that they have the best service and i can pick up my clothes the next day with no problem, i went there the next day and it wasn't ready and he kept telling lies about the situation and that he didn't tell me today and said come for it the next day!! I call the next day it wasn't ready either!! On the day after i came and the guy start to acting with attitude behavior when i confess him that his lying about everything and wasting my time and money for the gas back and forth. I was about to make a big scene because the way he was acting and talking but it was full of old people and kids and they held my clothes anyway so i waited two hours outside until the lady finished folding and was about to pay he said they don't take cards and on the first day when he was nice he said they take it!! And the worst thing that when i open my bags at home to see them it wasn't clean at all, looks like they wash it with water and dry it!!!! Dear neighbors in Ridgewood, if you are looking for a laundry service that you can (1) text to when it's ready to be picked up, (2) take Venmo for payment, (3) use nice detergent that doesn't smell like a chemical factory that causes lung cancer mutant, and (4) text you back ahead of the time when it is ready to drop off, use Bill's service. Not only are they the least expensive, but they also give a discount for recurring pick ups and have a super user-friendly website that you put in your info and pay through. Plus, they sort your clothes for you and you can add special instructions for the recurring loads as well as individual loads like delicates always in cold or whites twice through the dryer. This service has been a lifesaver during quarantine and it's also surprisingly affordable.

I have had a horrible experience with Mobil Laundromat. I included specific and simple directions for wash: particularly that they cannot use fabric softener for a green bag. They picked up the order a few minutes late on 8/6 and were late with drop off on 8/7 (and didn't contact me when they knew that they wouldn't make the window). When I received my items when we worked out a new delivery time the next day, 8/8, they didn't follow any washing directions. Most importantly that they washed all my new workout clothes and towels with fabric softener, an arguably irreversible act that ruins these items (no longer absorbent and no longer wicking). I contacted them on 8/8 and they said they would look into it. On 8/19, I followed up with them since they didn't respond yet. They admitted that they didn't follow my directions. They said they would rectify by redoing the order. Fearful since they were so careless previously, I was afraid to give them my clothes again. And my research said either that it was unfixable or hard to reverse somewhat. I itemized the most important items they washed in softener and the total was hundreds of dollars. On 8/9, I sent them the itemized list and asked for a monetary solution; they didn't respond. I followed up on 8/10, asking for a response, and they said they would fix it. I asked how they would fix it (so I could verify by researching the solution), and they didn't respond. I followed up a few hours later, and they didn't respond. On 8/11, I followed up and they didn't respond. So at this point, they ruined hundreds of dollars of clothes, didn't follow through with a solution, and refuse to communicate. You may read into this complaint or question it, especially the fabric softener issue. Even if you don't understand the problematic issue with fabric softener, please understand that they cut off communication and didn't follow through with a solution after admitting to their negligence. I am at a HUGE loss. Besides that, they said on the phone on 8/8 that they wouldn't charge me for the order since they didn't deliver on time. They still charged me for the order. I highly recommend that you avoid Mobil Laundromat. read more
