Said patron was female, but dressed masculine. The worker was cleaning the women's bathroom and denied the patron of using said bathroom because she "didn't look like a girl", even though the patron was very much female. More lines were said: "Use the men's bathroom, buy something, or get out" and "Well, you don't look like a girl". The patron left with no argument. Most of the other customers immediately left after this altercation. What is this? The 1960s? The worker was an older woman.

Maybe they do if your wearing a tight skirt or showing some cleavage? First guy came out and hooked up the machine, then said it read a cylinder was miss firing. I said okay, what should I do? He said the machine just gives a general idea of the problem, and he clearly didn't want to help by his body language and attitude. I said okay and he went back in the store. After a minute I went back in and asked him if he thought it might be something as simple as replacing the spark plugs. He wasn't sure and said he'd ask the other employee who was certified. That guy came over and wanted to help even less than the first guy! Jesus guys, if you are that miserable at your job and don't want to help people that have auto repair questions move on! Unfreaking believable. So I went down the road to a competitor. Guy was very friendly, hooked up the machine, then we went inside and he read me the codes it gave him, then logged on their computer and looked up the codes with me which gave links to the most likely fixes. Next time my truck has an issue I'll send my gorgeous wife down there I guess. Oh wait, we'll never be back. Move on in your careers guys, you are only hurting yourself in the long run.

Very professionally ran and great service. This location knocks it out of the park. I can't say that about all Firestone locations.

We were running late, so we called them to notify them and that we are on our way. Having a high-end vehicle, especially a BMW has a high $$$ maintenance, so getting it done at Firestone saves us a couple hundreds. Huge shoutout to Matt, who always take great care of us and our vehicle. Gives great service and suggestions to prevent any future damages, as dealerships fail to do. In fact, when to confront them, they are speechless. The first time we came this location was December 2021 for an oil change and car inspection to make sure everything is running great. We had a walk-in visit, so we were here for couple hours (ended up going home around their closing hours), which is still good. Despite still waiting close to their clock-our time, they weren't petty or rude, they worked fast, but efficient and making sure each way. Definitely recommend coming here if you want great service, reliability and save $$$ versus going to dealerships.
