In a nutshell, my wife can be a real pain in the.. well you know, when it comes to pizza. As much as I like Casey's pizza, my wife doesn't really like it. Or any pizza for that matter. Long story there, but if I comment they'll be divorce proceedings. Bottom line, she needs "crispy crust pizza" and not soft crusted pizza. I'm an adult, and don't worry about "the freakin' texture! It's either tasty, or it isn't. Uh oh.. I hope she doesn't read this.. Anyway, to finally get to the point, I noticed the last time I ordered from Casey's that they offered "thin crust". BINGO!! She almost liked it! And so did I. Or course as per normal, she eats 1.5 pieces and the rest is up to me to eat. Not a problem. Bonus! Lunch and snacks for several days.. having said that, if I had a complaint, they slice the thin crust "Tavern style" and not in "V" shaped slices. Boo hoo.. Oh well, I'll get over it. I love Casey's. Inexpensive and it's not Dominos... Not that there's anything wrong with Dominos. (I didn't really mean that, but I don't want a law suit for a Yelp review)... Gas station Pizza at its finest.

And while installing the app on my phone it asked through the app mind you for my banking information. To be able to get the club price. One this is a poor choice on their part. It would be better to do like other companies and use a debit or credit card. That way if there's a compromise the customer can immediately lock up their card or request another one. Instead of having to change bank accounts because they insist you use your bank account information. Now granted not everybody knows this but I've got over 15 years in IT and dealing with such things up north. Poor choice on their part. They should take a strong look at the Sheets model. After 2 weeks of trying to reach the numbers on the back of the card. One of the employees at a location near Morristown gave me a direct number to headquarters. And I tried reporting this issue. All they wanted to do was argue with a bit of arrogance. I explained my background. I explained clearly the app asked for this information. I pointed out that online when I searched for resolution it said go through the app from their own stuff their own web page. And then yesterday I finally got somebody higher up so I can say hey this is poor customer relationship training. And they finally sent me an email saying oh you have to do it through the web page. Getting nothing in the app says you have to do this through the web page. So today I go to that link and for an hour trying to use my known username and password. With multiple resets. It would not work. Finally get them on the phone again and they want to argue again. After more resets it finally did work. It's pretty arrogant of an employee to think that their stuff is 100% perfect if that was the case they wouldn't have the job, they wouldn't be needed. I also brought up that yesterday I noticed a second weigel's card was added to my account. Which was not me. It showed up through the app. So immediately deleted it. The lady wanted to argue again that that is normal. If that's the case why did it take two weeks to show up? So I came to the conclusion that I will not use their service to pay at the pump through the the card. If you're wanting to get convenience points to get a better gas price which just goes to prove these gas stations overprice anyway this is how they can afford to lower the cost for members. Then it's not worth it. Fortunately the location I'm moving to puts me within earshot of sheets at exit 5 in Virginia and I'll be sticking with them. Store employees plus five on the review. Higher ups negative review in my opinion.

    I had my new puppy with me that I could not leave her in the car. I never saw a sign, there may be…read moreone. If so, I never saw it. Anyway, the old lady was very rude to me and told me twice in front of someone that had just come from my office, that I could not be in there with my dog. There was no need for her to be so rude and embarrass me. I ran in just to get something on my stomach. I have been going to the Exxon Kenjo on Kingston Pike across the street from Fort Sanders West Medical Plaza for about 12 years now. I have a business close enough to throw a rock and hit it. We have hundreds of people that come through our office each month. We have been sending them to the market during breaks and lunches for the last 12 years. I am going to tell every single person that comes through our office from this point forward to not go there. In fact, I am going to beg each person not to spend a dime there. There used to be an older gentleman that worked there. He thanked me often for all of the business we sent. He was always very kind to me. I called the lady a few minutes after I left and told her exactly what I thought! I just requested Yelp take my 5 star review down from 2021!

I had drove 3 hours to get him and need to stop to refuel. unfortunately .... this was the closest one. really should have just took my chances else where. I couldn't leave the dog in the car I need to go in to get some items so I broight the dog in with me. By the way his awhole seven pounds of little furry poodle. . I had not seen the sight about any anim not being aloud In the store. Instmead of just kindly letting me know hi we don't allowed dogs in here. Could you take him back to the car or something. She ( blond old chick with glasses) wait till I get to the counter with him in my hand. starts going off about him. I said sorry I don't have anyone to watch him while I got my cigarettes. And. I couldn't leave him in the car and I had not seen the siggn. She lets me get my cigarettes but I forgot the lighter and she straight refused. you could tell she really hated dogs. . That dog really needs to go to the car!! I explained he will as soon as I get my lighter then he won't be back in here nor will I. She screams at me about what if she was allergic. I was fed up at this point and said ," hopefully you are so you can swell up like a ballon And get tf out of here. Again I get the no dog policy and had I seen it I would have turned around and went somewhere else I had already gotten my gas. And I get most places like gas stations don't care as long it's controlle. and whomever is on that day honestly. I just happens to get gas Station Karen who hated dogs. No I did not get my lighter . The whole time she was muttering I wish y'all leave to every one who walked in. Or she thought she was. exxon and kenjo you need to do better hiring your employees. They suck.
