In my experience, it's never been overly crowded, and I always manage to find something to snack on when that's what I come for. The staff that check out my items are always friendly and helpful. I stopped by for breakfast this morning with my sister and the donuts did not taste as soft and fresh as expected (we were just here the night before, and the donuts weren't there last night so they were definitely recently provided). The coffee was okay. Besides that, my only major complaint is that they don't have any bagels that you can get with your coffee or for your breakfast. Otherwise, they're a great store when you want to run in for a quick snack while you're on your way to somewhere. I'm sure I'll be back again when I need a quick snack while on the go.

I have been going to the Exxon Kenjo on Kingston Pike across the street from Fort Sanders West Medical Plaza for about 12 years now. I have a business close enough to throw a rock and hit it. We have hundreds of people that come through our office each month. We have been sending them to the market during breaks and lunches for the last 12 years. I am going to tell every single person that comes through our office from this point forward to not go there. In fact, I am going to beg each person not to spend a dime there. There used to be an older gentleman that worked there. He thanked me often for all of the business we sent. He was always very kind to me. There was also an elderly couple really needing to use the restroom and he refused them. I asked if we could please use the women's restroom since he wasn't currently cleaning it. His response was very hateful and degrading. He slammed the sign in my face. The other time we pulled up at 12:03 unaware that the store closed at 12:00. I asked if they were closed and he rudely shouted, "Yeah we obviously close at 12:00!" I don't understand why he always has a hateful attitude. He is always very unprofessional and rude.
