Woah hold up hold up, this place is rated 2 stars. Well Yelp you're wrong. I'm the gas station review expert. Only two things when reviewing a gas station, is it cheap? Am I gonna get robbed? Cheap . Save dat money yo. So this gas station is on Madison and Hazel. Right across is a chevron and across diagonal is Raleys gas. Chevron prices are on crack always 50 cents a gallon higher than this Mobil. The raleys gas is only the same price as Mobil if you buy a $10 car wash, and you gotta be stupid to buy those gas station car washes cuz they do a Terrible job. So yea this station is ALWAYS the cheapest at this intersection. Are you gonna die? No, nobody is gonna Rob you hear. The Safeway grocery store is super safe behind the gas station. Not that many homeless people or beggars as of 2023. One time I got scared cuz the pump started talking to me, then I realized it auto plays a video. Definitely 5 star gas station Yelp worthy, you heard it hear first. read more

Much improvement from the BP, AM/PM CHIRAAG that used to be here that was defunct and closed down here for awhile few years back. Now they have New pumps. New signage. Still SOHAL inc owned east indian cashiers are cool with me. Its my usual gas stop. Chevron is across the street as well. I go here for the gas. Inside merch isn't as plentiful as chevron but they keep it clean and place is way better than aisle 1. They are competitive priced usually cheapest. I live in the neighborhood and usually get my gas at this location. I was having trouble at the pump. I walked inside and the gentleman couldn't see anything on his screen so he made it about me. The screen at the pump said "see cashier." I asked him would you like me to leave? He said in his smug way "yes." Fortunately, I do have choices and this place is no longer my choice. read more

I go here as it's in my way to work for gas a lot. NEVER AGAIN.. after pumping gas my car wouldn't start. I went in to let the employee know that my car is broke and I have a tow truck on the way but ETA isn't until 8am.. he was super rude and shood me out. This was at 4am... around 7am a different employee came out multiple times to get me to move my car as I was " taking there money from them" my car would not start nothing I could do about it. Stopped by last night to fill up my wife's car like a good husband. As I'm filling after using my card the guy inside comes out and over to the girl next to me and says in a non English voice that instead of putting her cash purchase on her pump he accidentally put it on mine ...... Hmmmmmm weird I thought as I just used my card. He had also shut down my pump. He then demanded I come inside and pay for my $20.96 worth of gas after what I thought I had just paid. I said no your screw up I'm gonna finish filling my tank and then I'll come in. I used my card again and proceeded to put another $30.88 in the tank. Woman next to me was like what the heck was that ? Neither could understand what he said nor what he did. I proceed inside to verify my charges. He said you owe me $20.96 ! Pay me in cash. Right then I new something was wrong. I said no I have no cash he then proceeded again to ask me how much cash I had. I then knew something was up. I said well if you want the money you say I owe you then card it is or I'm leaving. and I want receipts . Reluctantly he charges my card for the $20.96 and I leave with 2 receipts as I couldn't get the original as he shut down the pump. Well what do you know Wells Fargo show 3 charges !! The next morning I go back to the gas station and he's not working I show the gentleman my credit card statement and he tells me to come back when the other person is working and ask for my money and it is quite easy to do, he can just credit my card. I go on this evening claims he doesn't know anything I show him the receipt then he tries to tell me that he needs to deduct the other ladies gas of my $20.96 and he owes me $10 so he thinks, total waste of time stay very clear of this gas station they will rip you off in any such way. Obviously this employee needs to go. Hopefully the Owners read this as he's obviously stealing from others. Called the bank and they reversed the charges. Just sad he tried to pull this. Probably thought I wouldn't check or come back. Warning watch your cash purchases watch your debit card purchases and always get a receipt and check it ! This is the CLEANEST gas station I have ever been to. I drive constantly for work and I go to a LOT of them. I had to do a double check and make sure I didn't just walk into a nice new starbucks or something ... Nope, it was just a very clean extremely organized and good smelling gas station. I was robbed of change back. Clerk kept telling me I handed him two $5 bills. I KNOW for a fact I handed him a $20 bill and there was a $5 stuck to it. I know this as I ran there as an errand for my boyfriend who had handed me a 5 and a 20... my wallet did not come out before i got in there and when I looked back in to my wallet as i could not believe he was handing me pennies, nickles and dimes as change - both the 20 and the 5 were gone. Clerk kept telling me i handed him two $5 bills.. I tried to argue with him that I handed him a $20 but he wasn't having it. So in turn my less than $10 purchase cost me $25 because he wanted a tip for himself and wouldn't give me my deserved change. If someone accidentally handed $25 on a less than $10 purchase - any clerk would give money back accordingly - not this guy! And this is the second time this has happened to me there. They have lost our business. read more
