After completing the contact form online, he texted me within a few hours and was at the house the next day to do the whole job. It was efficient and fairly priced.

The two times I've gone have been in the afternoon and they have a good bit of cars lined up to get serviced. They only offer one option for an interior/exterior clean and it's $34.99 The full service package (Gold Plus ) includes a tunnel wash, hand dried service, interior vacuum cleaning. Each time I've gone the car has come out very clean and I think the price is fair for what you get. The customer service isn't great though. The first time I went the main attendant was kind of rude and the second time I went it rained and the employee seemed annoyed to re-dry my car. The wait does take a while but I do keep in mind they have many cars to service and you have to expect that. It's still a good spot if you need to get your car cleaned and your in the area.

I've been a loyal customer of Sport Car Wash in Doral for years, but unfortunately, their service…read morehas significantly declined since switching from handwashing to a machine-based system. What used to be a reliable and meticulous service has now become a source of frustration and disappointment. On my last visit, I brought in my sports car, only to leave with a broken tire and a damaged antenna--both caused by their machine. These issues are unacceptable, especially for a car wash that once took pride in careful, hand-detailed work. It's clear that the switch to machines has compromised the quality of their service, and I can no longer trust them with my vehicle. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same if they value their cars.

My car was in need of a wash after having dirt/mud outside and my dogs vomit inside. So I called Octopus Mobile thinking they would come the next day. But I was wrong, within 1 hour he was at my job ready to wash my car. My little hamster (as I call it) looks new again. They really impressed me with their great service and most of all how detailed they are. I will most definitely be calling back for my next wash. Thank you once again Octopus Mobile Carwash.
