They told me I needed to replace all 4 brakes, all 4 rotors, 2 rear calipers, the engine filter, cabin air filter and a a brand new battery as they said it was almost dead. The quote made me suspicious. I had changed the cabin air filter myself not 2 months prior. I also hadn't had any signs that there battery was dying. I took myself over to AutoZone and had them test the battery...94% health. Perfectly good battery no where close to dying but Firestone wanted to charge me almost $400 for a new one. I also brought my car to another independent mechanic shop (that actually had good reviews) and he replaced all 4 brakes, 2 rotors, and 2 rear calipers for $1500. So I found myself a new auto shop and it definitely isn't Firestone.
