These pumps bring a new term to the slowest pumps ever encountered anywhere in the world. I went in to talk to the cashier to find out if there was a problem and she said they're always super slow. Not sure if the machines are broken or they aren't up to the current laws. Pumps should pump more that 3 gallons in 8 minutes. I picked up snacks and the fee to get cash back is $1, WHAT, REALLY? I was escaping a domestic a****e and I came in to pull out cash and buy wraps. I was in pajamas bc I didn't have time to grab my clothes. I went in and checked my balance on my card at the ATM. I was waiting for a friend to send $10 on PayPal as I was short. I let the cashier know I needed some time. This racist said "you Nd to leave you can only be here for three mins." Which is an impossible amount of time to do what I needed to do. An argument ensued and she ended it with waving me away and ignoring me Erika help the white customers. I went outside to wait and collect the funds. Once I got them I came back in and asked for the manager as I felt extremely disrespected. The cashier had changed to a tall man. He didn't care for my concerns as I voiced them and only after I pestered did he provide me with a receipt with the number to call and reach a manager- even tho I already asked for one and he stated the woman helping me was a cashier. wish i didn't have to give 1 star. this place is selling propane refill like for rvs with permanent tanks at the exchange rate (portable tanks) which is $5.99 a gallon. $2.00 more per gallon than all other stations for 100 miles! their regular customers aren't looking at the total charge. cashier said owner went back to india. i asked why isn't the price displayed anywhere which is required by law? shrugged shoulders. i said do you think exxon/mobile would put their name on a location thats selling propane at the exchange rate fraudulently? now i know why you were willing to fill up after dark.,you're makin a fortune ripping people off that trust rates are competitive solely because exxon/mobile has their name on it. rest assured tomorrow they gonna be all over you and i wonder how many thousands you'll have to reimburseat $2 a gallon for x years. no wonder he went back to india he'd probably be in jail here! read more

My first Yelp review! This Mobil station was formerly a Valero and was branded to a Mobil sometime in late 2015. It's a return of the brand to the Sacramento area (a Mobil in Auburn and in Rancho Cordova opened in 2014 and were the first ones) since a similar effort in the mid-2000s diminished, and before that, the early 1990s when many remaining Mobil stations became BP. That's the history. Now the gas station. It's clean, has a touchless car wash, and a convenience store, and it's open 24 hours. It wasn't too busy when I visited, so that was nice. Paying at the pump, using my Plenti rewards card and filling the tank went very smoothly. The touchless car wash the same. Can't comment on the convenience store since I didn't go inside. The pumps don't accept the Speedpass key fob, which was a little disappointing, but I can overlook it. Overall, this would be my go-to gas station... if it wasn't ten miles away from me and out of my way. lol read more

this being my second time stopping at this location...never again. It's almost midnight and decided to stop on the way home with my boyfriend after being super busy during the day. Before grabbing beverages we ask for the keys for the restroom which they kindly gave us, my bf and i go in together because we didn't feel safe that i was alone in a gas station in an area we are not familiar with. Midway through my bf using the restroom, the workers start banging on the door yelling at us to get out. As we are exiting the restroom 2 of the male workers start yelling at us that the gas station is not a hotel and to do actions we were not doing else where. We instantly leave because in our point of view we just needed to use the restroom and it was only for my safety to both go in and to them we are dirty freaks being inappropriate in the bathroom. It's understandable if they get people coming in doing that stuff but we literally just needed to empty our bladders before we start our 45 minute to an hour drive home where there are no stops in between. If we wanted to do any of what they accused us of we could've just done it in the car and not a bathroom that was lowkey unsanitary. read more

I've gotten car washes from this facility so many times and never had a problem. I pull in today and pay for the middle wash and then basically goes blank because the freaking car wash is broken. I have to leave my car there because the carwash inside has the rods that clean your car chillin in the middle. I go in and ask the lady if its broken and explain what happened. She gave me the brush off and said yeah its broken it breaks sometimes. I asked for my money back she wouldn't give me a refund and told me to come back in a few days because, "sometimes it breaks and sometimes it works". TF?! I was very much pissed off but kept my cool. I also asked another employee if he could help and basically told me no English and walked off. Feeling defeated I attempted to back out of the car wash and i made it. I will never go to their station and I truly think they should be ashamed of themselves for being so rude and unprofessional.
