The convenience store was well stocked with so many yummy (and fresh!) goodies from fresh popcorn, beef jerky, gummy bears, fruits and a large selection of candy and drinks. The space itself was spacious and the workers were AMAZING. So incredibly kind and welcoming. This spot definitely gives a small town feel and I loved it! Will stop in again soon!

I know it's funny to say this about a gas station but... Coming here is the best!…read more It's big/spacious so you don't feel you're shoulder to shoulder with a stranger just to pay for gas. It's clean, which is obviously more difficult to maintain when it's larger but somehow they manage to keep it tidy, including the bathrooms There are so many goodies inside! From Mackinac Island fudge, to F'real milkshake/smoothie machine, to ice cream (which was our main purpose for the visit) This is one of those places where the smallest ice cream is 3 scoops of deliciousness. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of the employee who put on the first scoop and asked if I wanted the other 2 scoops, since it was for my child. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits during our visit. Anyway, I quickly agreed, knowing full well she would be sharing with me. The "Pothole" ice cream was heavenly and I think the generous portions make it taste better. It's really affordable too. I think $1.99 for the small? Regardless, it was with it for the memories. But I'll probably be returning more frequently next summer.

I really wanted some, but opted out as I was traveling for work with someone in my care. They had a great selection of it though. There was snacks and drinks of all kinds. I ended up allowing them to choose a few snacks. I needed the caffeine anyway because of all the driving. The store inside was quite empty and quiet. The clerk at the counter was kind and quick with ringing up our items. We saw a few magazines on the counter by the door and apparently they are free, yes I asked! We saw a few cool cars within the store. Sadly I did not take any photos as I had limited battery at the time.
