I said "WHAT"?? The car only had 48000 miles on it and I drove it into their parking lot just a screeching!! S0, they show me the paperwork and it does have listed a "rear" brake pad kit, so they are saying that this is what they replaced, the rears and not the fronts!!! Wait a minute, I drove it into the lot and I know which set of brakes they replaced!!! I don't care what the paperwork states, clerical error Im assuming. They would not budge, said I was wrong and basically called me a liar!!! Now I may be getting a little older but I do know my way around a car a little and Ive been scammed by some pretty creative people, but I didn't think I would be treated so rudely and called a liar to my face! I would NEVER do business with this type of operation and would recommend to whoever may be reading this to AVIOD them!!!

Went to go change my oil and managed to strip my drain plug. Apparently the tech at the dealer that…read moredid the last one went a little torque-happy. I called these guys to see if they could help me out with getting the bolt out, assuming it'd be a weird request. They were happy to have my come in, though, and took care of the oil change for me while they were at it. Since I already had the oil, filter, and replacement plug they only charged me $10! Everyone who I spoke to was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Bonus points for knowing how to drive a stick (you'd be surprised how often employees tire/car places no one that can). She has used Dagwood's for years, and we recommended that she call them to see what they could do or what they would advised. Dagwood's sent someone over to her house who was able to jump start the car and take it to the shop. They then determined that the problem was that one of the doors on the minivan wasn't latching, causing the interior light to stay on and consequently draining the battery. They fixed that, charged the battery, checked the alternator, and drove the repaired car back to her house. Upon asking the delivery driver, Ken, what the charges were, she was informed there was NO CHARGE! Now, THAT is unheard of in this day and age. What great guys to do this for a customrer! TG and Ken and the rest of the guys at Dagwood's are fantastic, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!
