What a shame I am a 65 year old disable widow senior i took my old car in to get check because i was debating on selling it or repairing it  . There was a leak in the front area so I paid them 45.00 for them to check out the leak and they gave me a written estimate for the repairs for 1,248.00 said my transmission pan had holes in it and my oil pain had holes in it both needed replacement plus the the transmission lines need to be replaced and the valve cover  gasket. So that was alot of things to repair all at once so I took it to another mechanic for a second check out  which he did for free and all it needed was the transmission lines and a trasmission cooler which cost me 260.00 total to have fixed . So I called Sniders and explained what happened and all I got from the owner  relative was she will need to speak to the mechanic . I have never heard back from anyone  Never was offer back my 45.00 the new place i took it to showed me the parts they said i need while the car was up on a hoist.I Didnt need most of those parts at all . I would use caution when going here and this is a small town  and I have been a good customer but this didnt feel right and Im glad i got a second check out . So be careful if your a female senior when you take car in for repair This was a horrible experience and with a heavy heart I cannot recommend this place. Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I have no further trust for Richardson Chevrolet in Standish, MI, KG.

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.
