I found Sharky's Mobile Mechanic on Yelp. I called him at 830am. I got a message. I left a message, I called again 30 minutes, message again. I called a third time and left message that I was in a predicament. No return call three hours later. I cannot recommend this business. (I don't know how he gets high reviews.) If that mechanic didn't want to work, don't put an ad online. I ended up calling another mobile mechanic that did the work. Don't call Sharky's Mobile Mechanic -- you'll be wasting your time.

First, they did something few shops seem to do. They checked out my car first, and then called me to get my approval before they did any work. Julio also suggested repairing the main leak from the Power Steering hose and rechecking before doing any other work. That's the kind of service I expect but seldom seem to receive. End result is they fixed only what needed to be fixed, and price was very reasonably. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repair.

Do NOT use this tire shop under any circumstances. They are dishonest and will scam you…read more I purchased two tires from this shop in December. When I returned in June to buy two more, I was informed that one of the December tires had developed a bubble and that they would send it back for a prorated warranty claim. Instead of handling the single tire as discussed, they secretly sent both of my December tires back without any prior notice or explanation. When I confronted them about this unauthorized action, they suddenly changed their story and claimed both tires were "damaged." At no point during the initial conversation was the second tire ever mentioned. This was a clear and deliberate lie. They promised to call me with an update on the warranty process but never followed through. After three full weeks of silence, I had to call them myself only to be insulted with a pathetic $33 credit as their final "resolution." This is not a simple mistake. It is textbook shady business practice: bait-and-switch tactics, unauthorized handling of customer property, outright lying to cover their tracks, and zero accountability. Their customer service is abysmal, and their ethics are even worse. These owners clearly have no respect for their customers or basic honesty. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the frustration--take your business anywhere else. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be exploring all other available options to hold them accountable.
