The crew that came to set up went above and beyond in carrying the PA system down a bumpy 100 yd trail to our ceremony site. The only complaint would be that one of our space heaters didn't work and I could have been better informed of how things worked with the bistro lights

I would not recommend this yurt company. We reserved a two-night stay and, due to bad traffic and…read moreweather, we arrived late to the supposed location of the yurt but were unable to find the yurt because the directions provided by the company were not accurate. The company provides GPS coordinates that were not usable and so we relied on the written directions which were not written very well (no map was provided). We spent over an hour looking for the yurt but eventually had to give up because of the weather. We rented a hotel room in Moab and reached out to the company the next day. They were unhelpful and condescending and blamed us for everything that happened. Just know that if anything happens, you are at least one hour away from any phone service.

She is AMAZING! she is chill, cool, organized, creative, positive, and overall just a badass ninja that will make your life awesome. She came in to plan our wedding a few weeks before, we were so happy and relieved to have her onboard. She connected with all vendors, took care of payments, organized and coordinated the drop offs/pick ups, helped with decor, set up, ceremony rehearsal, coordinated our BBQ and the entire wedding, so we didn't have to be stressed, overall, she pretty much helped with everything including keeping us calm and sane. She is so calm and positive in such stressful situations. If we had a problem, she would find a way to figure it out/find a solution and that was super great!! She is the perfect wedding planner that YOU are looking for. I loved her from the moment we said hi to each other over the phone to the time we said goodbye.
