Adeni chai - The Adeni chai here is made with black tea, milk, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and additional spices. It's extremely rich and creamy and tastes amazing. This place was small however, it had enough tables for about thirty individuals. The servers at the front were kind, and explained what the dishes were when we had asked about the menu items. They also brought the dishes to our table once they were ready. We had settled on the butter chicken bowls, which were quite large however, not as appetizing as I would have thought. The butter chicken was more shredded than whole, and the spice overpowered the other flavours of the bowl. I didn't find it too appetizing however, it did have a somewhat nice flair to it at times. We also settled on the vegan chai, which was so strong, we had to put sugar in it to drown out the string flavouring. It also kept me up most of the night so, the caffeine content must have been higher than usual. Overall, this place definitely had many different items available for purchase however, I just didn't find the food and drink to be appetizing for my taste buds. I suppose I need to choose different food items, or increase my tolerance for spice! I may return however, I will definitely need advice on what to order the next time around.

Cakes are pretty solid, though expensive, but its a good cafe for casually meeting friends without having to go to a full restaurant. I don't think I'd buy a full cake here, because the cakes aren't bakery/patisserie level good, but a slice here and there is ok. Their app is great as they have regular offers, and the pickup process is smooth. It'd be nice to see them change up the cake flavours now and then or to try something more unique. The existing lineup is not bad, but still plays it pretty safe / are classic flavours. As for the cakes themselves, blueberry chiffon is my favourite because I enjoy a more typical blueberry flavour, then the blueberry yogurt, and the red velvet. Most cakes are light, not too sweet (exception is the red velvet as its cream cheese), but all were fresh and a good portion size too.
