Excellent food as I would expect from mo bettahs. I always stop when I'm in Utah or in Boise but now we have our very own right here in Twin Falls! The secret to eating the Hawaiian plate lunch is it eat the meat, Mac and rice at the same time in every bite. Some people try to eat the Mac salad as a side but it's mostly mayo and quite flavorless. You take a small scoop of rice, then Mac and top it off with a piece of meat and it's heaven.. For an added kick for those that like a little spice/heat, dribble some sriracha on the meat and take the flavor up a notch! read more

This wasn't the worst place but wasn't the best either. There are pros/cons about this place and the food. Pros: the staff was friendly and helpful. The price wasn't bad. You get a good portion of food - I had leftovers for the next day. (The pork and shrimp was good.) Easy access, nice area. Looked clean inside. Etc. Cons: I ordered online for 2 other people and myself. I placed the order for pickup. It said the food would be ready in about 40 ish minutes. Ok, thats fine. But when I went to pick up the food, none of it was ready and had not even been started. I had to wait additional time for the food to be prepared. And then they got all 3 of our orders wrong. (But we didn't know that until we opened the food at our destination.) The teriyaki chicken tasted like chicken that we've done on the grill ourselves with teriyaki sauce. And it was a little bit burnt. The teriyaki steak was tough. The macaroni tasted like it had too much mayonnaise. I understand everyone's taste are different. But all 3 of us wasn't super impressed. Just passing through Twin Falls/Jerome and needed a quick place for dinner, came across this place and decided to give it a try. Definitely best choice I could've made. I got a Teri Mix and it came w/ plenty of meat, rice, and more. Flavor is really good, and the extra sauce added to the rice is great too. Great staff, very friendly However, the value for what you get is very poor. I was expecting more of an authentic Hawaiian style food, but its not there. The pork and chicken were good, but the sides are bland and cheap. We're talking white rice, flavorless macaroni salad and a small handful of cabbage and charging $9.00 or more per plate? I got the teriyaki chicken and the katsu chicken and it was so good! Love their teriyaki sauce over the rice, the macaroni salad was really good, maybe just a little too much mayo in it for me. Will 100% go again and highly recommend. Oh also tried the Chantilly cake and it was amazing! read more

Ordered a meal for delivery. Paid extra for steak and an additional sauce cup. The bag that was delivered packaged from the store and had two ketchup cups. I ordered teriyaki and paid extra for the mo'bettahs sauce. Both sauces in the package were ketchup. Really pathetic. I expected to add teriyaki sauce to the white rice. Sucks. I was very disappointed with the way they treated me as a first time customers here. I was visiting Twin Falls from Sacramento CA and my family and I decided to try Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style food. We have leftover and I requested for an extra container. I did ask for extra plate at first but we were only given one. We have to tear our food container into half as an extra plate for our party of five.We had leftover and went to the cashier to ask for an extra food container for our to go leftover. The server wasn't sure if I could get one and even said that the container that they gave us should be good to use for to go leftover. I told them that we can't use them anymore because we have to tear it into half to be used for our party of five. So the girl asked Sofia, I think shed's the lead or shift manager, she didn't even look at me and in a very rude/unfriendly manner said, just give him the small one as if it's a very expensive request that I was asking . I was about to say that I'll just pay for it, but I felt like I was going to be ignored and I felt the unfriendliness of Sofia, so I just decided not to say anything and walked away. Well, they gave me one small food container. I really felt bad as if my request will cost them that much. I am not sure if this is the culture here in Twin Falls, Idaho. Visiting from California, small request like this, I was always treated politely and with a smile.The food tastes really great though. I don't want to say much any longer but I guess, management should look into this and maybe they should be more generous to their paying customers and and treat us in a friendly manner with smile on their faces every single time and not as if we are a burden to them. This is by far the best restaurant in the city! The grilled chicken and pork are awesome. All the sauces are amazing and the selection of Hawaiian beverages is quite impressive too. The staff is super nice and cooperative. I have ordered food from them like 5 times in the last 3 weeks and can't get enough. One of these times, they missed an item in my order, and the next time they made the whole order for free (shout out to the awesome: Vinnie) !
