Unfortunately, a major snowstorm hit that day, and it was difficult to find someone available given the road conditions. Thankfully, MTS Transportation stepped in when we needed them most. Our driver, Natinael, was outstanding--professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. He ensured a safe and smooth ride home despite the harsh weather and made the trip stress-free. I had no idea a service like this existed! Most assume only family can pick up a patient since rideshares like Uber aren't allowed. It's a huge relief knowing MTS is an option, so you don't have to ask someone to leave work just to provide transportation. Highly recommend MTS for their reliable and caring service. They truly came through when we needed them! Huge thanks to NATINAEL!

Throughout the long drive, he followed closely behind me and even called me on the phone from the van so that my mother could hear my voice and stay reassured along the way. When we finally arrived at the hospice house in Charlotte, Wally's care didn't stop at the door. He introduced himself to the staff, personally escorted my mother to her room, and stayed for a while before his long drive back to Virginia just to ensure she was completely settled and comfortable. Wally went above and beyond in every possible way. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication are truly exceptional, and our family is profoundly grateful.

My mom was recovering in a wheel chair post-surgery and needed to be driven by medical transport to her appointments at Georgetown Hospital. CMT was called by her rehab center and I have kept their information for any future needs by our family. We have been so impressed with CMT's professionalism and attention to detail and both drivers who picked us up (Ray and Bilal) were exceptionally kind. On both her pick up trips, they arrived early and brought my mom to her appointments with time to spare. I also really appreciated how careful they were when transporting my mom as they buckled her in with so many restraints. Their drivers are also very skilled and expertly navigated really terrible traffic and drove cautiously so their passengers weren't jostled -no small feat in DC traffic! We are so happy we found CMT and will plan to use them whenever we need medical transport again - It is such a relief to know who to call.
