Some advice - schedule your pick up an hour after your party is over. If you put 9p, they will come at 9p to pick up. Before renting I…read morepersonally had enquired in all possible places for the charges and availability of a stage for this particular evening. We found Asha rental v economical comparatively. Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We felt definitely were extremely uncomfortable for causing them inconvenience. But were more happier to know about Asha Rental Services Highly recommend this team !!

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

I hate leaving reviews like this, especially because the equipment they provided for my event was…read moreactually decent. Unfortunately, the way they handled the delivery and everything afterward completely ruined the experience. I paid an additional $175 specifically for an exact delivery time because I had multiple vendors scheduled that day and needed everything to stay on track. They ended up arriving almost TWO HOURS late, which pushed back my entire schedule and affected other vendors and caused so much stress. Mind you the event was a wedding. What made it worse was that while I was waiting, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to give me an update. If you're having a weekend wedding, don't expect much in the way of customer service if something goes wrong. After the event, I reached out and asked for a refund of just the $175 exact-time delivery fee. I wasn't asking for a refund on the equipment or the entire service, just the additional fee for a service I paid for and clearly didn't receive. They ghosted me. Honestly, $175 isn't going to make or break me. It's the principle. If you charge a customer extra for a guaranteed service and don't provide it, you should make it right. Instead, they chose to ignore the situation. Ironically, a lot of people at my event asked who provided the equipment because it looked great. I've been honest with everyone who asked about my experience, and unfortunately they've lost potential business over something that could have been resolved very easily. Good equipment. Very poor accountability and customer service. I wouldn't use them again or recommend.
