I looked around and contacted several different trainers, Jeff responded before anyone else. Although I looked at a few others, I picked Jeff because I just liked him. It was an excellent choice. He is dedicated, he knows so much about wellness and more importantly he is always learning. I can ask anything about nutrition, lifestyle or training and if he needs more information, he finds out and then shares with me. The thing that matters most is that here I am, four months past my big day and I still train with Jeff. I am also so happy to say that my husband was so impressed with what he saw and with what I told him, that he now trains with Jeff too. I have been so impressed with the way in which Jeff has modified everything to meet my husband where he is. A very different place than where I ever was, and the results are already visible. It is too small of a space for a PF, and the owner standards for cleanliness and repairs his way to low. PF corporate needs to get their head out of their backsides and do some quality inspections. However, upon arriving at this location at 1:45am I was told by the jaw-droppingly rude manager to get out because he closes every night from 2-3. Confused, I inquire about the fact that this is a 24-hour location and if this is true why would there big a huge sign out front that says "24-hours" and why does it claim to be 24-hours online. The manager just rudely shrugged at me and told too bad...I asked him what his name was and he said, "I don't have to identify s**t to you, b**ch. Be out of here by 2am or I'll cancel your membership." I responded "you do that" and started to walk off, at which point he said "and I'll call the cops on your a**" At this point I told him I wasn't going to be spoken to that way and to just go ahead and cancel my membership. He then refused to cancel it. All the while calling me names, swearing at me, insulting me, etc. I have never ever ever in my life been spoken to like this by an employee of somewhere I'm a customer of. What an absolutely unreal experience.
