One of the big things they have going for them is their firearm prices. For a retail store they have a decent selection with prices to match. Ammunition is also priced well. They don't have much for high end survival/camping/hunting gear but it is a retail department store, so for what it is, you have to love it. With child safety a top priority for Rainbow, I feel that this is a major issue. I sent an email to Morgan with pictures of my concerns. Now this was late Friday night that I sent this email. By Monday, the same crew that installed the play system came back out and addressed all of my concerns.

They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

Telling us how we are ruining the town and driving house prices up. Also, saying that her children cannot afford a house because people who don't live in Texas (like us) are moving here.
