Usually, brand new things don't smell like washing detergent, they smell like a product that is coming from the manufacture. When I took it out, at the first look this Gi looked used, I went back on the website and checked do they sell it used or new and it appears they only sell brand new products which even made me more confused since this Gi is definitely used. The more I started to check it, the more things I noticed. There is discoloration from washing around red string reflecting on white pants as you can see it in the attached picture. This discoloration can only happen from washing red with white material. The tag is definitely not looking like is from the brand new product as its claimed. Also, it was extremely wrinkled and it did not have strength as the brand new product made from cotton that was never used or washed before. Thinking by logic, if this product is coming from manufacture in the UK in an original package like the gentlemen I spoke with said, according to the space in the bag there was no way to get wrinkled if it was packed in the original manufacturer. I would expect for $147 to be brand new, to be honest. Before sending an email I called 2 times and spoke with gentlemen that said he owes this company for 12 years and this never happened before and not just that he did not provide any customer service, his attitude was that I am wrong and even made a comment that I might wash it. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. Also, according to your FB reviews, this is not happening the first time in 12 years. Also, the gentleman told me that he will refund me money and block my account. This company is ONE BIG JOKE. Don't order from here.

The fact that they offer a generational warranty is awesome and I will definitely be coming back to purchase a new firearm. There is SO MUCH more than just the sales floor to this building! From online sales, to inventory, to gun smithing, and so much more. They have very attentive staff and if they don't know the answer they will find it for you. Really appreciate the shirt he gifted to my father visiting as he was most excited for this experience having heard all about it on podcasts and word of mouth. I was looking for cleaning supplies for my firearms, and this shop definitely impressed me. The store is large, clean, and extremely well-organized, with handguns displayed by manufacturer and thousands of new and used firearms to choose from. The layout and number of display cases made it easy to browse, and the selection included many guns I had never seen in person before. There was plenty of staff available to assist, and they were more than willing to show and explain different firearms. Even though I wasn't in the market for a new gun that day, if I had been, I would have purchased one on the spot. For my original purpose, I came in looking for a specific Slip 2000 solvent, and they had it in stock at a great price--no need to order online. Overall, this is one of the most impressive gun shops I've visited. The staff was friendly and helpful, the selection was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable. If you're in San Antonio and looking for a new or used firearm--or even just accessories and supplies--I highly recommend checking out Dury's Guns. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

We have been paying for insurance & the note since November 2017. Today we let the truck go as Chris is a liar and did not follow through on his end of the deal. All together the costs for fixing the truck were around $6000. We were told we could make payments on the cost to fix the truck. While Chris would pay half. Since it was a lemon his company sold. Yesterday Chris completely lied and basically told my husband we could not have our vehicle until we pay all costs upfront for the vehicle. ALL THE COSTS He took it out of our yard.. He sent a tow truck to come pick it up and everything because he knew he was in the wrong. Seemed like he was trying to be a good person at first but then later said to himself "forget it". Now a family a four whos been paying since Nov for a truck they don't even have has to suffer until we are able to afford another truck. If he were not going to help us he should have left the truck at our house and let us pick our own mechanic, and not attempt to make a deal with us on fixing it. If he had left it alone I'm sure by now we would have the truck up and running with our own mechanic..& parts. But now we have no vehicle. Also we traded in a ford for the duramax. So not only were we screwed out of a truck we were making payments on. But screwed out of a tradeable vehicle. Nothing to show for ourselves after doing business with HCT.
