Worst experience ever, their manufacturing process is totally flawed and all the colors run, see…read moreattached photo of what happened when I washed my white sheets with blue patterns in COLD water, with mild detergent and on Delicates cycle. I sent it back to them, they refuse any refund. Look how insulting their response is, as if I am a professional hand laundry outfit: "We are sorry to hear that the first washing did not go as expected. Can you please let us know which products you purchased. Also, may we ask which detergent you used to wash our products? Our printed fabrics do require special care. Due to our natural dyes and the hand-block printing process each wash releases dye in to the water, this is normal. The trick is to avoid releasing too much dye at one time. It is very important to use the maximum water setting despite the size of your load followed by an extra rinse. This ensures that the basin fills with water so that the products can rinse thoroughly and not absorb the excess dye. In the past when excess dye has been absorbed by our products we have had great success by re-washing the items on delicate with cold water and distilled white vinegar followed by an extra rinse. Drip-dry is recommended followed by a hot steam iron for pressing. Our return policy states we accept returns on unused/unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. The reason we specify "unwashed" is due to the fact that laundering is specific to the individual, machinery and cleaning solutions. Please let us know if the re-washing process is able to clarify the backgrounds of the products and rectify this situation."

We visited for the first time today so my wife could shop for something to wear to an upcoming event. The store seems packed with merchandise in two adjacent salesrooms. There were designer names that I had never heard of, but my wife quickly recognized them as those found in higher end boutiques. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of what they sell, and their sale prices are even better. My wife happily walked out with three items in her purchase. We were fortunate to have met the owner, Lea, while checking out. She explained that her store has been open for 23 years in Chatham. When people ask how she can afford to sell her merchandise at the prices marked, she explains that she has a low overhead with it being a family run business and the Chatham building is essentially her warehouse. She also told us, if you don't see a size you are looking for, ask for assistance. She likely has more sizes stored off the sales floor. If you can't make it to Chatham, she explained she also has been selling directly from her website. Attractive prices, and very friendly and welcoming service, the only thing missing is... clothing for us men.

The closest place I could find was Lea's. So off I went, even though it was 2 1/2 hours from the City it was worth the drive and I would highly recommend shopping here. Lea was very helpful and I really appreciated her assistance. The store is jam packed with artsy/fun creative type clothing and Lea really did know where everything was. She helped me find a jumpsuit I had my eye on from looking on-line, as well as pants and tips she though I would like. I'll definitely be back when the summer is over to pick up some new items for the season change if not before!

The women who work here are all very friendly and more than willing to step in and help you make a decision if you're staring in the mirror trying to decide which earrings suit you better. That said, being saleswomen, their opinion will usually be to support you in whichever one you like more, even if neither feels quite right. They only have a small selection from each brand's catalog on hand at a given time, and usually only one of each, but will provide you with the catalogs so you can peruse them and pick out whichever you'd like to see and try on. It takes a week or two to get them in; they wrote down your name and number to give you a call when they arrive. This is a nice option for unique and elegant jewelry if you're looking for an anniversary gift, graduation present, etc. My mom loves the line of handcrafted silver pieces-- she has at least three sets of earrings and a necklace herself, and has given them as gifts to a couple relatives, all of whom were very happy.
