That were in the carriers that they came in and the bottles were clean I rinse them out after emptying because I cannot stand the smell of stale beer and do not want them in the house smelling. I stopped at the front counter where the staff is they see me and know me. I spoke and said I have bottles to return. They greeted me nicely and cordial, and said take them to the back right behind the door, which I've done before. They instructed a young man to go take the bottles. Upon getting to that area. A guy came out and told the young man we don't take bottles this time of day, which was around 6:00 PM EST, we only take bottles between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM? So I said how is that and you sell beer all day, he said well they guy that takes the bottles is not here...I said listen you sell this beer, I bought it here and these bottles are clean if you're thinking that. He said oh no, maybe you don't understand, (apparently I look stupid) I said listen I'm not stupid I heard what you said.

ml. which the owner informed me stands for milliliter (very clever) is a brand new wine shop located on Woodward Ave. just before Adams. The feel inside is very pleasant with the class and elegance of a really nice wine shop, but with a wide selection of micro brews, liquors, spirits, and even a selection of premium cigars in addition to their wines. Additionally the prices just can't be beat. Yes they have plenty of hide end items, but everything is extremely reasonably priced. For example I bought a 6 pack of Bell's Oberon for only $8.99. They also have a very friendly wine expert who is happy to recommend wines for any budget. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

Can't stand going to mL. The old mule behind the register (the owner's wife) is just a vile, disgusting, obnoxiously rude pig of a woman. I used to spend a decent amount of money each year at mL (several thousand dollars) and I just tolerated this wretched cretin because mL has some craft beer I can't find elsewhere in the area. I stopped going last June (2018) but stopped in recently looking for some varieties of an imported beer I couldn't find elsewhere. I spent around $250 and this nasty woman treated me like a war criminal. Some things never change. I wouldn't give that nasty creature one more penny if my life depended on it. read more
